Beautiful villa amidst the oranges with delightful private pool, gardens & A/C!

This idyllic, comfortable and modernised rural villa is available for your use only, with outstanding large and private pool air conditioning and fibre optic internet. It has everything you need for a great holiday in the continuously sunny and hot Algarve, nestled amongst orange groves, almond, olive, carob and fig trees. All this contributes to making this area scenic, beautiful and tranquil and it’s only forty minutes from Faro airport and fifteen minutes drive to wonderful beaches. This is a great walking area and the mountains are very close by to the north. Car hire is recommended but it’s only a short drive to wonderful historic Silves to experience its magnificent Moorish Castle and traditional market, as well as the great restaurants and supermarkets to be found there. Overall, the villa is less than fifteen minutes from many award winning beaches, restaurants, bars and and three water parks. For golfing enthusiasts the villa is ideally located with five Pestana Golf Resorts nearby. Silves Golf with its excellent course set amongst the palm trees and olive groves is only a ten minute drive away and Alto Golf, designed by the legendary golf course architect Sir Henry Cotton, is only twenty five minutes away from the villa.

A cosy and spacious living room with lots of seating areas and a real log fire provides a relaxing retreat with ceiling fans in every room and air conditioning units in the lounge and main bedroom. There is a TV with multiple internet channels and high speed (fibre optic) broadband. There are many assorted DVDs and games to play for children and adults, as well as pool floats and beach towels.

The modern kitchen retains its character whilst being well equipped with all mod cons , including coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, cooker and microwave. There is also a small cosy dining room.

Both bathrooms are new, modern and a good size with walk-in shower and bidet or bath with overhead shower and twin sinks. Both are equipped with towel heaters.

One bedroom has a king size bed with ensuite with bath and overhead shower and the second room has a super king bed or two single beds, according to preference, with adjacent bathroom with large walk-in shower, sink, bidet and toilet. Both bedrooms are a good size with heating and fans. One bedroom overlooks the garden and the other overlooks the orange groves.

The covered and large colonial styled terrace, equipped with seating, table, barbecues (gas and charcoal) and fans, overlooks the gorgeous gardens, providing great views of the countryside and the large swimming pool. Views are also great from the roof terrace during the day or at night to watch the sunset and star gazing, with a large sofa, armchairs and dining table for al fresco dining. The pool area is very pretty, private and tranquil, being well equipped with sun loungers, dining table and umbrellas to provide shade if needed.

There is a manager to greet you if necessary or self entry if preferred, and is there for any needs. A welcome pack on arrival is complimentary, including a bottle of wine, to get your holiday off to a great start.
