This 4200 sq.ft newly renovated entire three units apartments are located in a quiet Oakdale neighborhood, short walk to Back Cove, 5 minutes drive to Downtown, Portland's waterfront, great local breweries and restaurant.

These three gorgeous apartments can sleep up to 24 guests, feature 6 bathrooms, and 9 bedrooms plus 2 bonus rooms off each master bedroom. There are two king size beds, six queen size beds, and four twin size beds (in bonus room as seen in the pictures). Each apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, complete with brand new stainless appliances. There is smart tv with Netflix, amazon prime, and HBO. High speed internet.

Amazing Portland Weekend

18 adults stayed very comfortably in Sokreth's triple decker. While we only used one out of the three kitchens, all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were utilized. Beds were super comfy and bathrooms were well stocked with toiletries and bath towels. The whole place is very comfortable, modern, and clean. Would 100% recommend staying here for a weekend in Portland.

Wedding Weekend

Stayed with family for our city hall wedding weekend. So close to city hall and downtown Portland. Comfortably fit 18 adults who all raved about the spot all weekend. We had everything we needed and everything was close by! Great communication with hosts. Highly recommend!

Portland family reunion

Beautiful apartment great for large parties

Create apartment that worked well for our large party. Plenty of mirrors and lighting to accommodate multiple people getting ready and the kitchen is well stocked. The twin beds off of the King size room are a tight squeeze but we made it work.

Awesome stay!

This is the perfect location for a larger group. It’s got everything you need! We stayed here for a bachelorette party and it was ideal - great space for everyone to hang out, along with great space for everyone to sleep comfortably. I am already planning another weekend couples trip to Portland and we will definitely stay here again!!

Blizzard Birthday

I stayed with a crew of 10 people between the 2 apartments for a weekend getaway for my birthday. Both apartments were beautiful and there was was plenty of room for everyone. The open concept made it nice for all of us to hang out in one apartment while some of us cooked, some played games, some watched movies and all in one big room! The location was perfect! Just a quick Uber ride downtown. Sokreth was very responsive if we had any questions and even promptly mailed some belongings back that were left behind. 10/10 stars 😁

2 units

15 girls split up and stayed in the 2 units. Everyone had a bed to sleep on! 2 showers in each unit also made getting ready way more convenient. The check in /out process was simple and host was very quick to respond. Ubers were hard to come by (tail end of the pandemic..) & the neighborhood (while safe and quiet) wasn't very walkable for what we were in town for (nightlife!) but we had a great time. Would recommend!
