A Home Away From Home

Contemporary Pool house located in South Palm Springs where it is a lot less windy and a great location that is close to main Palm Springs as well as other nearby cities like Rancho Mirage and Palm Desert. The house has an open floor plan and an inviting kitchen with granite counters if you prefer to cook. The kitchen opens to a large living room with very comfortable and wide sofas leading to a big backyard with a commanding view of the San Jacinto mountains. Pool and Spa can provide nice relaxation after golf outing and shopping in Palm Springs. The covered patio runs the width of the backyard and has nice furniture. The big master bed room has king size bed and an en-suite Master Bath room along with a walk in closet. The secondary bedrooms are large with Queen size beds separated by a hallway bathroom. The living room nicely separates the Master bed room from the secondary bedrooms. We have tournament sized ping pong table on wheels for fun and entertainment. We also have premium channels on TV like HBO, Showtime and other movie channels. Palms Springs International Airport and Air Museum are only 5 minutes away from home.

We had a great time at the property. The house was nice, clean and specious. The water was nice and hot and the ping pong table on the garage was a fun bonus. I was happy with the host and my overall experience was positive.

Perfect for a family

This home is perfect for a family of four! We were in Palm Springs for a cheer competition. The pool was always heated and ready to go! Enjoyed the house and felt safe and slept well.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We stayed with a set of grandparents, parents, plus 3 kids. We loved the pool and hot tub. The location was convenient to the airport and activities we wanted to do. We had great communication with the owner, and he took care of any questions we had right away! Definitely recommend this rental if you’re looking for a home with a pool and relaxing backyard!

Comfortable no frills home

Highly recommend if your looking for a no frills home with an amazing back yard patio, pool, and spa.Home had all the necessities and was extremely clean and comfortable. We appreciated that the home was set up nicely for our 2 dogs. Tile floors, secure yard, and stone landscaping made for a no stress pet stay.

Exactly what we wanted

We were only there two days but it was quiet and relaxing. The pool and spa were enjoyed by everyone. Our host George was fabulous. He is always available to answer any questions. We would definitely come back for a longer visit!

Views are great

This property has great mountain views and a nice private backyard with pool and hottub. The neighborhood seemed quiet while we were there in March. Pool area was dusty when we arrived which is a common issue in Palm Springs, but it should have been cleaned right before our arrival. Inside was spacious with good beds, kitchen and laundry. We had a good stay here.

We were promised a heated pool and spa and for only 1 day were we able to enjoy a heated pool out of our 10 day stay. We were in daily communication with the owner, in the end it appears the heater was was broken as per a service indicator light on the heater. Broken chairs, torn patio cushions, dirty floors, leaky patio doors were also an issue, would appreciate getting a refund on the pool heating costs.

Sometimes Rocky Stay

We had to wait until the last minute to get access to the property so it was a bit stressful. The house had a strong smell of cleaning fluid and there was a continual beeping sound in the living area. The pool was lovely but cold when we went to use it. Also, we discovered at the last minute that the hair dryer was missing (getting ready for a wedding!) but the manager was good: he arranged for the cleaning lady to bring one over to us!

Great house and location highly recommend!

Spent the weekend at this home with some friends and had a great time. Enjoyed the pool and location of the house was great, close to shops, restaurants etc. Easy to communicate with hosts and received quick replies.

Great indoor and outdoor space

After a couple of minor hiccups were resolved promptly at check in, everything went great. The pool and patio area in the back yard are very private with great views of the mountains. The pictures are accurate. Inside was spacious and well laid out. Yes there are jets flying overhead and occasionally they are loud enough to drown out your conversation for 30 to 40 seconds, but they did not come by often enough to have been a real bother for our group. The property manager/owner was responsive and helpful.

Great place with nice views!

It’s a spacious place with amazing views from the back yard. It could use a little TLC, as aspects of the furniture/carpets are very worn, and there were a lot of burdened out lights, torn outdoor chairs, etc, but it was all clean and maintained. There were plenty of towels for the pool and it’s a very comfortable place inside and out. We will definitely be back.

Quite weekend getaway

Needed to get out of the noise in the city and soak up the sun. Pool and hot tub were heated for no extra cost. Very few places are doing that in the area.

Lovely property, inviting pool and hot tub!

The house was exactly as described - 3 spacious bedrooms (the primary is on one side of the living area, the other 2 on the other side which means parents can sleep in ... maybe?!). The kitchen was well appointed and we made a lovely thanksgiving dinner. The pool was a hit with my kids - they spent most of their time in it and the owners kindly made sure it was heated and ready for our arrival. It is in a residential location but not too far from downtown or Palm Desert, and close to supermarket and restaurants and shopping. We had a great stay.

We just loved the house everything was just great.

My family just loved the house, pool, jacuzzi and the view! Very spacious home ans perfect for our family of 8. The owners were always fast to answer our questions and we are just great full for being so attentive and for always answering our questions right away.
