Luxury lakefront home at Okere Falls with a private jetty for swimming/kayaking or bring your boat. We are 30 mins from Rotorua and 15 mins from the airport.

Soak in the panoramic views while being serenaded by native bird songs or at night enjoy some star gazing.
Beautifully decorated interior with well-equipped modern kitchen. In winter cosy up in front of the open fire. Includes wifi and sky tv.

Indoor-outdoor flow from all bedrooms and living area onto a large private sunny deck with outdoor fire, bbq, outdoor lounge & dining furniture. Kayaks and various board games/toys/DVD's are provided. Life jackets are available but we recommend you bring your own if you have them.
The beautiful Rotoiti hot pools are accessible by boat only but there is a water taxi service available daily that will pick you up from the jetty.

There are numerous bush walks, biking trails, kayaking, luging, ziplining, horseriding, golf and other activities close by or in Rotorua. A beautiful long sandy beach is a 30min drive away in Papamoa/The Mount.

2 security cameras are on the property as we do not live on-site - on the driveway and downstairs by the garages. We try to remember to turn them off during your stay.

Please don't bring boats/trailers down the driveway and boats need to be launched at the public ramps nearby. If you bring your boat please observe the 5 knot speed limit in the bay for the safety of swimmers and kayakers.
