Please make sure you scroll down to see all of my property info,Nicely decorated 740 sq.ft 1 bedroom condo that is located directly on the widest beach in the area.It includes a heated pool and jacuzzi, fully updated fully equipped kitchen,tiled throughout, the beach is literally steps away so you can dig your feet in the beautiful white sand!! My condo is located on the 5th floor and is non-smoking.You will enjoy gorgeous views of the ocean from the patio or front balcony. You will enjoy free wi-fi,2 new 32 inch hi-def tv,washer and dryer. Sofa bed, comfortable recliner,dining table and chairs. The property is meticulously maintained! Unfortunately we are a PET FREE community.Holiday rates are a higher price with a 3 day minimum,

Getaway

Most everything was good! Only negative thing is there is something wrong with the lighting in the bathroom and kitchen and the shower water never got warm. We survived though! Nice place

Location great but condo has not be updated recently.

The beach and pool were great. Restaurants, shopping, Publix within walking distance. Property manager very nice and helpful. I’m not sure how long it takes to replace a blind in master bedroom. It would be helpful to have one that blocks out light. The current one the slats don’t close properly plus the blind on sliding door in MB missing slats. Many light fixtures needed bulbs replaced. The MB mattress hangs over frame. I think frame may be a queen frame. I think when it says newly updated may have been correct 3-5 yrs ago. Overall the resort/condo facility is nice and location good. I would consider staying there again but in a different condo.

You get what you pay for....

Pros: - The location of the building is perfect - The staff were friendly and helpful - Check-in was super easy - The other tenants were welcoming and very inclusive Cons - The unit is dated and need of quite a bit of deferred maintenance - When we went in to the unit 6 lightbulbs were either out or missing - The electrical plugs throughout the unit either did not work or only one did. We had to buy extension cords so we could plug our devices in - The internet was not working when we moved in. It was a simple fix but others less technical could not have fixed - The master bed frame was broken and the twin box spring kept falling down. NOT COMFORTABLE - The master bath shower while nice has NO hot water - Secondary bathroom light over sink was very temperamental. You had to jiggle the switch, turn on and off to get the light on - Unit is in dire need of a fresh coat of paint - Blinds in the master bedroom were broken Bottom line we love the location and building but would not stay in this unit again.

Good stay

Pros- beach and pool right there- can’t beat that. Washer and dryer in unit were clutch. Nice having 2 bathrooms. Lots of Stuff within walking distance- coffee, beer, restaurants. Property manager was super nice and hooked us up with a pack and play - two thumbs up. Cons- unit was close to street- not that big of a deal, but didn’t realize that the street was so busy. Made walking to stuff on the street with our 2 yo a little nerve wracking, and if you hate the sound of traffic, this is prolly not your unit. Think it’s good price considering though. Furniture better than what was pictured at the time of booking. We will probably come back but try and get into a unit further down the building. Porch view pictures pretty accurate if your on the fence.
