About this property
Prevost Tour Bus at Whiskey Creek Beach NW
Summary:
Luxury Tour Bus
The Space:
Whiskey Creek Beach NW has exquisite views of the Straight of Juan De Fuca and is centrally located on the Olympic Peninsula near several National Park entrances, pristine hiking trails, waterfalls and beautiful wildlife. This classic luxury tour bus is a cool place to stay while you enjoy the views on our property and a great base as you head out for adventures on the Peninsula.
The Prevost Private Coach is situated with beautiful waterfront and mountain views and is very easy to access. Full hook-ups mean you have water, electricity, hot showers and a private restroom. You will also have your own fire pit, Adirondack chairs and picnic table. The master bedroom features a queen sized mattress. The kitchen has a fill-sized fridge, cookware, microwave, refrigerator and stove top. The living area has a small dining table, reading chair and a couch with double recliners facing the beautiful views as well as a cozy electric fire place. Come and enjoy your stay in one of the most sought after luxury coach brands ever built.
Located just 25 minutes outside Port Angeles, our guests can enjoy the serenity and beauty of the Olympic Peninsula with easy access to town and some of the best hiking, hunting, fishing and exploring you will ever find. There is so much to do in and around the Olympic National Forest, so take your time and enjoy your stay!
Nearby Olympic National Park entrances like the Sol Duc, Hurricane Ridge, Hoh Rain Forest, Cape Flattery make this location an excellent "base camp" from which you can explore the Olympic Peninsula and towns like Forks, Neah Bay and beaches like Shi Shi Beach and Hobuck Beach. Explore the parks, walk the rivers (Dungeness, Elwha and many more), kayak on Lake Crescent or drop right in the Strait from our private boat ramp. During the Winter and Fall, enjoy the true nature of the Pacific Northwest: observe the high tides, storm surges and occasional dense marine fog from the comfort of your cozy cabin. You are going to love this place!
The Neighborhood:
Within 3 hrs of Seattle and Portland, this is a perfect getaway from the big city. We are nestled in the middle of so many beautiful spots to visit here around the Olympic parks. Only 25-30 min to the breathtaking Lake Crescent. There are numerous hikes and places to explore there. Not much further from that is the entrance to Sol Duc. Going the other direction you’ll find the Olympic Hot Springs and be close to Hurricane Ridge entrance . Cape flattery or the Hoh rainforest are not to be missed if you’re headed towards Sekui or Forks area.
* There is a great little store only 8 min from our cabins , Joyce General, that closes at 8pm. We are only 25 min from Port Angeles so if you’re looking for more options be sure to hit Safeway or Walmart off 101 before heading in for the night.
* Blackberry Cafe is a nice option for a meal out that is only 5-8 min from us. Family Kitchen and the One Twelve are two others near our place. In Port Angeles you have everything from amazing burgers at the Next Door Gastropub, tasty BBQ at Coyote Grill, yummy seafood and steak at Kokopelli Grill, Pho that’s the best at New Saigon. For quick and easy on the pocketbook, Fast Burrito with fresh tasty Mexican food . Also Sabi Thai has stellar Thai food. New Day Eatery has breakfast and lunch only, and is very good! Off the 101 on your way to Lake crescent, try out Granny’s Cafe open during the summer season.

* Lights are very minimal. Making for a beautiful night sky’s. :) Stars galore! If you plan to arrive after dark be sure to follow the directions we give precisely and ask if you any questions at all. I’d bring a flash light along as well for getting settled in your cabin.
