7500 sq ft home on wooded acres. Just minutes from west and downtown Madison

There's plenty of space for up to 12 guests -- six bedrooms and five full baths. We have a beautiful screened-in porch and deck with gas grill and a huge theater room with top-of-the-line sound system. We are not on a bus line, but ride-sharing apps do service our address. Self check-in and check-out. You may check-in as early as 4pm on the day of your arrival. You may stay as late as 11am on the day of your departure. Please message before booking stays of six nights or longer to confirm availability.

Some additional notes: There are a few house rules we ask you to abide by if you choose to stay at our home. No unregistered guests nor pets will be permitted on the property at any time. No parties may be held. No smoking is allowed on the property. No shoes may be worn in the house (indoor slippers ok). You may expect to have closet space to hang clothing but no dresser drawers will be available. Basic toiletries will be provided but no bathroom drawers are to be open or used. Two washers and dryers are available and laundry necessities may be used. The main kitchen's refrigerator will be available for your use as well as some space in the main freezer. All cookware, kitchen utensils, tableware, etc. in the main kitchen is available for your use.
