Outstanding Views, Luxurious Corner Condo

This is a beautiful three bedroom, three bath corner unit and each bedroom has a private balcony. The master bedroom has walkout to a Balcony overlooking the beautiful White Sand Beach and crystal clear blue Gulf. A king size bed, and a 32 inch LCD TV and DVD add to your comfort. The adjoining bath features a garden tub and separate shower with double sinks in the granite vanity.

A Second Master Bedroom is like an efficiency apartment with king bed, flat panel TV, microwave, kitchenette with small fridge, easy chair recliner with a table and chairs and in suite bath with garden tub. Perfect for Grand Parent Privacy with a Balcony and outdoor furnishings!

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, TV/DVD, and a walkout to a balcony is next to a 3rd Bathroom.

The family room has a 55 inch TV with Surround Sound and a stereo. We keep a few DVD movies on hand for your enjoyment. A sofa opens to a Queen sleeper that allows this three bedroom unit to accommodate up to eight guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything, from a side by side refrigerator, oven and microwave. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer.

You and your extended family will have a great time at this Disney-like Resort, called SPLASH. This resort includes four very different style swimming pools, each designed for a different age group, and all are Gulf front. Access to all Splash amenities are included in our rates.For your convenience, we do accept on-line bookings. The covered children's' Water Park is for the young or the young at heart, with interactive water-park features, including water canons, twisting slide, water umbrella, tipping bucket and more. This area also has a larger pool and hot tub. All of this is overlooking 400 feet of white sugar sand beaches and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Grab one of the provided inner tubes and float down the beautifully landscaped Lazy River pool. There is also another pool near the cabana bar with tables and chairs.Little Tike Water Play area is a fence enclosed, outdoor carpeted play pool area with fountains and interactive toys for the younger children. Barbecue pits in this area allow you to barbecue, while keeping an eye on the kids.

Perfect Beach Get-Away for the Family

This property is absolutely beautiful. Every single room has a view of the gorgeous turquoise water of the Gulf. The bedrooms are spread out, so plenty of privacy for the family! We loved the lazy river!

incredible views and really nice apartment

Stayed here with a mix of adults and kids. Kids loved the many pools, adults loved the space and well stocked kitchen. everyone loved the incredible view and lovely beach. Thanks to Frank and his daughter who were very responsive and helpful before and during our visit!

The splash resort was awesome! The beach was beautiful. We could see sharks manatees and dolphin from our balcony. Our room was clean and had the best owners! Highly recommend! Even loved the little food places inside the resort.

Just what I was looking for

Everything about our stay at Splash 1501 East was amazing. Check in was quick and easy. Once we stepped into the condo we knew it was going to be a great trip. The condo was very clean and furnished well. It had everything we needed. I would recommend this condo and hope to stay there again very soon.

Nieces wedding vacation

My family of six and my mom stayed here this week. Everything was great. My mom recently had a total knee replacement, she was able to get to and from the room with relative ease. The parking, beach, pools, and shipping were all easy walks for her.

It was beautifully decorated, perfectly supplied, meticulously clean. The owner checked on us and offered to help in any way. There were many little touches that we appreciated: books, puzzles, all necessary kitchen items, cleaning supplies, the a/c worked amazing in all areas. An absolute gem!

Snowbird experience

This winter was our first experience at being "Snowbirds". We truly felt fortunate when we chose this condo as our get away from Iowa's winter. It was nicely decorated and very welcoming. The large bedrooms were a plus. The views from every room were amazing, we often planned our schedule so we were in the unit at sunset! Frank was wonderful to work with, very prompt on email and phone replies and always helpful with any concerns we had.

Perfect vaca

We arrived early and Frank (owner) let us in the condo 2 hrs before check in which meant a lot cause we had kids and was very excited to get in. Frank was fast at getting back with me when I had any questions. The condo was neat and well decorated. Only complaints we have is the bed was a bit hard and the arcade only had like 4 games working and then a couple of them took our money other then that it was a great experience

Great for grandchildren

This was our first visit to PCB. This particular unit was perfect for our family. It is spacious and nicely decorated. Pleased that we had very little “wait time” with elevator/ 15th floor. We loved the corner unit and view. With a 6 year old and 12 year old - they were happy with the pool options. It was so nice to have a short walk to beach too. Kids found lots of shells. Enjoyed going to Pier Park twice; Big Chill on 30A, Old Florida Fish House on 30A, Shell Island/snorkel excursion

Fun time

We had a good time here. Right on the beach. You can listen to the waves all night long. My only complaint is the parking. You have to park across the street and move all luggage over the street on a cart through the skybridge. Would be nice if we could have unloaded everything at the condo building, but I understand space is limited on the beach side of the road.

Frank is the best and spalsh is awesome

One of the best vacations we have had as a family to date. We have two little boys and we bring my parents so the "in law suite" was perfect for them! Spalsh has pools, a hot tub, a splash pad and a kids soaker splash pad!! We loved it all it to mention the beach with beach chairs. Splash resort is great very clean friendly staff. The condo was amazing. Top on the line. The linens were the best I have had in any rental unit. The kitchen is well equipped with GOOD dishes! The condo is spacious and we couldn't have asked for more. Frank and his wife are amazing to deal with. So friendly and willing to help with anything! I highly recommend using Frank!!! Thank you for a great family vacation!!

Weekend in PCB

The unit we stayed in was really nice. Plenty of room. The grounds were a little dated. The. Swimming area was a little tired looking. The ONLY problem we had was there was construction on the beach directly outside our building. ALL night long. We heard beeping and big equipment moving. So the 4 night stay was not restful at all. We were offered a discount on our NEXT stay. Not going to happen. Also as we realize it is the off-season, the local restaurants advertised their open hours online and we were constantly surprised at how many were closed when we drove up. (Beware)

Just book it

This condo is perfect from the front door to the balcony view. Ideal for grandparents, children, and grandchildren. The 2nd master is basically a studio suite in itself which is nice. There is a flaw in the huge bathtub in that suite which first appeared to be dirt, but once I tried to clean it I realized it's indentations. Second master suite is impeccable with access to the giant balcony. The 3rd room was amazing as well. All rooms have balconies. The kitchen was fully stocked. They even had 2 different vacuums to use during our stay which is priceless since I love to walk barefoot. There are beach toys and chairs for use. For my accounting friends. There is a parking pass fee that is for 2 cars which is really cheap. The damage deposit I was made aware of, but it wasnt charged till AFTER check out which startled me. I was expecting it at check in, but it was fully refunded so don't worry about that. There is also a fee charged for using a credit card to pay, but I dont think this site gives other options. I'd book directly with the super nice owners if you can.

Amazing Condo with Amazing Views!

This condo was spacious enough for our large family to spread out with ease. The views from this unit were amazing. Being higher up allowed us to see more marine life than on any of my other visits to PCB. The facilities are great, offering lots to do right on site for all ages and we only had to cross the sky bridge to souvenir shop. We had a fantastic time and would gladly stay here again next year.

I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF I COULD

I honestly cannot say enough about this condo and our stay here for the week. The weather was perfect and Splash is awesome for adults and kids. We came down with our 2 daughters and their families. We had grandkids from 7 months to 8 years old. The condo was perfect in every way. We didn't need anything. The condo has it all from beach toys to the cooking items. The owners were wonderful to work with and even checked in on us to may sure our stay was perfect. We look forward to coming back again next year and would recommend this condo for any couple or family that wants a nice clean and enjoyable place to stay. Good job to the owners on taking care of this condo. DON'T WAIT TO BOOK THIS ONE AS IT WILL FILL UP FAST. Thanks Paul for a wonderful vacation. This ones ranks at the top of our list and we have been coming to PCB for the last 10 years.

Originally from New Orleans, and after Graduating from LSU, Frank and Betty Lou spent time in Wisconsin and Dallas, before settling in Atlanta in 1972. Married for 55 years, they have 3 children and 7 incredibly bright and beautiful grandchildren.....you other grandparents can relate to this!

Why they chose this property

Panama City Beach is the emerging vacation spot for the Gulf Coast with far less traffic. A tremendous central venue known a Pier Park has vastly increased the enjoyment factors.
