TOP FLORIDA's Villa Parrot Key is situated on the shores of a lagoon with Gulf of Mexico boating access. The great-room, split-bedroom design allows ample room for everyone. Then again, with its south-facing large pool and patio, that is where most likely everyone will be! Besides the high-ceiling great room you will also find a formal dining room. The pool deck is expansive, comfortable and offers both plenty of well-deserved sun as well as well-needed shade.

Our guests enjoy an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay over that per usage.

Please note, a full-size crib, pack-and-plays and highchairs can be rented from us as well.

Great Location

House is super close to everything. Very nice view of the canal. Beautiful dock area to get some sun on. Spacious outdoor area with a nice sized pool. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful neighborhood

The property was very conveniently located and overlooks a canal in the back. It had all the amenities we needed and more. It was very clean and well maintained.

Leider nicht alles wie erwartet

Wir fahren jedes Jahr nach Florida, um unseren Sommerurlaub dort zu verbringen. Da wir diesbezüglich auch immer ein Haus mieten, haben wir bereits viele Erfahrungen gesammelt. Das Haus war insgesamt sehr gepflegt, was sich allerdings nur für das Innere des Hauses sagen lässt. Als wir am ersten Morgen schwimmen wollten, stellten wir fest, dass der Pool und der Außenbereich sehr schmutzig war und teilweise mit Rattendreck übersät war, da das Netz, welches die Mücken fernhalten soll, leider einige Löcher hat und die umlaufenden Ratten, sich immer wieder nachts im Poolbereich aufhielten um Ihren Unrat zu hinterlassen. Auch der Grill war so dreckig, dass wir darauf verzichtet haben, diesen zu benutzen. Im Haus selbst, sollten mal einige Dinge im Stand gesetzt werden, hier ist als Beispiel die Tür zum Bad zu nennen, welche nur noch an eine Schraube hängt. Wir haben die Probleme auch mit den Verantwortlichen Personen besprochen, allerdings kann es aus meiner Sicht nicht sein, dass man als Gast, der viel Geld bezahlt hat, ein solches Haus mit diesen vielen Mängeln übergeben bekommt. Wie bereits erwähnt, mieten wir seit vielen Jahren Häuser in Florida, aber dieses steht in der Gesamtbewertung klar an letzter Stelle. Wir würden das Haus nicht mehr buchen.

The home has a perfect layout especially if someone has mobility issues...open single level floor plan. Nice location in a pretty area...we enjoyed everythjng...pool..grill..hot tub! Property owner excellent to answer questions! We had an amazing time at this home!

Nice place

This was a great place. Easy access to everything needed, restaurants, grocery and shopping. They canal was very quite. The neighbors were overall quiet We were fortunate enough to have surprise guest behind the grill. We found a duck sitting on her nest. While were there, we got to watch them hatch. VERY COOL! I know not everyone will get that surprise but we sure loved it. Great place !!

Cape Coral Getaway

The house was very spacious and comfortable, and we loved the very large lanai. Plenty of room for both shade and sunshine. The pool was awesome, good size and very clean. Unfortunately, the hot tub wasn’t functioning while we were there, but that was the only real complaint we had. Communication with the property manager was very easy, and Dorit was very accommodating. I asked if there was a blender there, and when we arrived there was a brand new one in a box waiting for us!
