A mix of classic and contemporary, this upgraded home offers warm wood built-ins as you enter, leading into a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious master bedroom opening onto a generous backyard with covered deck, lounging chairs, and a ping pong table! Enjoy movie night in the living room with the big screen TV that’s Netflix and Amazon ready; Seat the entire family around the formal dining room table for meals or a game of cards. A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience as well as mini splits in each room for your heating and cooling comfort. The upstairs loft provides a separate getaway with views of the neighborhood, sunsets, and distant hills; a queen bed, kitchenette, full bath with shower, big screen tv with comfortable viewing and a full-size pullout couch for an extra guest or children. A new feature for our guests is access to a Level 2 EV charger. Powered by our new solar panel system, we are happy to extend this convenience to our guests. The long driveway alongside the house provides easy access to the charger and plenty of off-street parking.
Just a block and a half above Adams Avenue— the center of the hip and energetic neighborhood of Normal Heights—you will be within walking distance to some of the best San Diego has to offer. Start your day at a local favorite coffeehouse, Lestat’s or at the new breakfast and brunch café, Madi. Sample some of the best of San Diego craft beers at The Blind Lady Ale House or enjoy live music or a ball game at The Rabbit Hole or Rosie O’Grady’s. The newly renovated Adams Avenue Theater features live music, theater, and art performances after you dine at one of the many restaurants satisfying your cravings for Mexican, Vietnamese, Thai, Vegetarian, Sushi—just to name a few!
