We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and cool, and we made use of all 3 balconies! The walk to the beach was short and we really loved both restaurants on site. The tennis court is well kept and easy to rent racquets and balls, as we don’t pack ours. Parking is easy to find on property. This location is close to Red Hook and an easy drive to well known beaches and attractions. Overall a great trip, would definitely stay here again!

Accommodations were very nice. We had a condo with two bedrooms, three baths, and three decks facing the ocean. Overall, the condo was very impressive. We’re also within a five minute drive of the ferry to get to St. John’s. We enjoyed dinner three nights at the two restaurants on site and breakfast two days.

Awesome St Thomas Stay

This property is just as advertised, the location is fantastic, close to the beach, Red Hook for shopping and dining. Property Manager was very responsive and provided some great local spots for shopping and dining. The resort is well kept and offers a couple of dining options. This location is about 20 minutes from the airport and downtown which is really nice and the view from the balconies are beautiful. Would certainly recommend and if we go back to the island, we will certainly stay here again.

We had a great stay! Everything was as advertised. The condo was very nice! Close to the beach , pool, and sangrias bar/restaurant which we really liked! Also very close to Red Hook where the grocery store is, The host was very responsive to questions prior to and after arrival! Only negative was the Sargassum (Seaweed) was in Cowpet Bay when we were there so we didnt get in the water much at our beach but wanted to check out all of the others anyway.

40th Anniversary Celebration

The Elysian is the perfect place to vacation on St. Thomas. Their beach is beautiful with comfortable seating options. The swim area is large and there is excellent snorkeling right there. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub most evenings. The views from the large decks are amazing. We love to sail and were able to join the St. Thomas Yacht Club located a few minutes away for 30 days. The grounds are lovely and the building well maintained. You’ll be glad you booked your next vacation at the Elysian.

The place was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. We have stayed in many rentals like this and usually feel like they are not quite clean enough. This had no dust in the corners, dirty walls, grimey dishes or anything that made you feel it was just surface clean. Kitchen was super well stocked if we wanted to do any cooking or have containers to store food etc. furniture and beds were also great. I appreciated that it was stocked with the little things.. soap, garbage bags, paper towels etc. Those make a big difference. The only thing I would have liked to have were some beach chairs to take when visiting other beaches. As far as the overall community : We didn’t use the pool at all and would normally have used the hot tub, but the first night we walked by it exploring, it was dark (no real lights around it) and there were two people in it we couldn’t see. That just kind of gave off a vibe of “who knows what goes on in there” because it’s not well lit, so we stayed away. ;). Getting to the parking lot and beach from the unit involved a couple flights of steps. Not an issue for us but would be a huge issue for someone with mobility issues. Tennis courts were fun and nice that the clubhouse had free racquet and balls to use. Even better if they turned them into pickleball courts! We would stay here again and found it convenience to get to wherever we wanted to go. We also had a car, which I think is a must for this location. (At least for us)

Just what we were looking for!

Spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Beach area was nice and quiet. Very close to Red Hook and ferry. In a good location on the island. Restaurants onsite were spendy, but convenient. Rent your snorkel gear here and take to other beaches with you. My son snorkeled and saw sleeping nurse sharks as well as many different types of fish. Had a sting ray swim by as we stood in the water, so you don't need to go far if you want to see aquatic wildlife! Lots of steps to beach area and restaurants, but you could also drive if steps are an issue. We rented a jeep for the week and would recommend that, as taxis or the island buses looked crowded. Was nice to jump in and go by ourselves. Definitely take the car ferry over to St John's to explore the beaches and the scenery. Alot quieter over there. Overall was a good and enjoyable experience and would have zero hesitation about staying here again! Thanks!!

A+ Accommodations for our 40th Anniversary

We loved this condo and all of the Elysian amenities. The condo is spacious and very clean. The three decks are large and have comfortable seating and wonderful views. The snorkeling in Cowpet Bay is phenomenal. We were able to buy a 30-day membership at the St. Thomas Yacht Club just steps from our condo and enjoyed sailing a Hobie wave in the bay many times. The beach is long and the provided seating is comfortable. The water temperature is wonderful. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The resort has lovely grounds and two excellent restaurants. There are places to buy groceries. We especially liked CostULess which is about a 15-minute drive away. Near CostULess is a lovely K-Mart for anything you unintentionally left at home!
