The beach access was amazing! Clean and refreshing experience! Loved that the jacuzzi and pool were warm. I just wished there was windows where we had sun coming in but that is just how the property is. All was good.

Fully equipped!!! Not only did they provide towels, but there were chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, toys, beach toys, and so many more amenities! Too many to mention! We will definitely come again!

A great visit

Excellent for multiple families to enjoy the outdoor amenities together. The bungalow was perfect for 2. This ocean front property had everything could need- chairs, coolers, towels, grill, pool, sand toys, outdoor games. It was a perfect vacation spot.

Great beach front property

The one bedroom studio that we stayed in was perfect for the two of us. The location was perfect, only steps from the beach and within walking distance of many good bars and restaurants. The pool was also an added bonus to cool off after going to the beach. The pool and house grounds were kept very clean. The other guests were very friendly and made our stay even better. Recommend to anybody looking for fun and sun in Florida.

Great location, only steps from the beach.

The unit does not have an ocean view. But easy access to pool and beach. The unit was more of an efficiency, with no stove or kitchen sink. Bathroom was nice, thick towels and a walk in shower.Mattress was extremely soft, my wife had to sleep on the sofa.

Thank you so much for your comments. We really strive to have a perfect guest experience. I think we should make it more clear in our instructions perhaps that dishes should be washed in the large sink area by the pool. There is a cutting board and all provisions there.

Absolutely loved my stay in the bungalow. Excellent host with great communication. Room was spotless and new private bathroom was really nice. The location is fantastic and literally steps to the water. But I think what sets it apart are the shared outdoor amenities including pool & spa, kitchen, new sectional sofa right outside the door to bungalow. TV, pool table etc. and super easy parking underneath or in lot directly behind the building. A true hidden gem!

Worked well for us. Was a little hard to find as the house numbers were hard to see. Mattress was comfortable but could tell it needs replaced. Dips in the middle and makes it a little hard to get out of.

Honestly, I was expecting something a bit nicer. On arrival the unit was extremely hot and it took almost the entire stay for it to cool down. The bathroom in the unit was miserably hot as there is no air flow, so when you get it of the shower you are covered in sweat. The worst part was how dirty the unit was. There was sand in the bed, there were roaches everywhere, Flys everywhere, the toilet seat was broken, the shower was uncomfortable, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. It was an old mattress with a 4" memory foam topper... Waking up after sleeping on that was horrible. All around cleanliness was a major let down with this place. The best part about the trip was probably the beach and the pool which is ultimately what we paid for. But you would think that at the price we paid, by now they could afford to make the place a little nicer.

I am so very disappointed to hear your stay was less than you expected. We have had little to no bad reviews ever so this information is shocking and will be dealt with right away. I wish I could have fix these things while you were at the property. The mattress on the bed is not old-it is of good quality and was purchased a year ago and we have never had any prior complaints since its purchase. Because of your review, we are now replacing the air conditioner in the unit and will install a mini split to ensure better comfort for our guests. The cleaning situation is not acceptable and we have talked to our cleaning people. We would like to make this up to you and offer you another opportunity to stay at the property this fall. Since you are local, I hope that can work out for you.

Indian Rocks Beach Bungalow

Husband and I are 68 and 76 for reference, and came across the listing for a Bungalow “20 steps from beach with pool”. This describes this perfectly. We just needed a place for 3-4 nights and The Bungalow is on the ground floor so helped with no stairs since I had a broken knee. The decor was beach themed and tasteful. Everything has been updated. The bed was extremely comfortable. Air conditioning awesome although it was colder over the living area then the bed, I think because we had the overhead fan in the living area as well?There was a small fridge, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. No stove. There are a ton of places to eat on nearby Gulf Blvd. (we especially loved the Cuban sandwiches and ice cream at Kooky Coconut right next door). What really makes this condo is the pool and beach!!!!! There are plenty of chairs, umbrella tables and outdoor furniture for seating. Beach and Adirondack chairs to take to beach. Everything is extremely clean and taken care of. Cons: Our above head neighbors were pretty loud (they did have small children) so that at times was unpleasant. I’m not sure if the floors are thin or just the nature of who might be above you. A few teenage boys in the pool and pool table area at times were loud and rough without supervision. It is a small condo (4 units and the Bungalow) which is intimate. Communication with owner great.

We stayed here for our anniversary. The location is what makes this place a true gem. Every morning I made my coffee in the outside kitchen and sat on the beach with a cup in my hand. We didn’t spend much time inside, just to sleep so for us it was perfect.

Absolutely charming Property. Excellent location right by the water. The studio unit was extremely clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit whether it be just sitting by the pool, sitting on the beach sand enjoying the water, or walking or driving to the nearby restaurants. The unit is on the main level, so you don't need to climb stairs. And is but a short walk right out the gate to the water... and beach... and sand... and sun... and fun!
