Antler Guesthouse- Charming, quiet, 2 bd/2 ba, country setting, stunning view!

This property is in a beautiful, safe and quiet family neighborhood. Our charming, two-story guesthouse is on a five acre property and features white stucco exterior with red roof and spanish accents inside. Fast Wi-Fi allows for remote work or relaxation in a quiet country setting with privacy from the Main House. Abundant opportunities to watch deer, hummingbirds, and butterflies.

A cozy living room, bright clean kitchen with full size appliances, and comfortable bedrooms make this the perfect place to relax and unwind. The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, two closets, a TV with ROKU, a small desk and chair. This room has an incredible view of the distant hills. Secondary bedroom has a queen size sleigh bed, nice size closet and dresser. Sit outside at the picnic table and eat under a canopy of oak trees.

We are only 18 minutes from lovely Main Street in Boerne and the grocery stores that are in town. We are also close enough to enjoy the famous Riverwalk or explore other fun Hill Country towns.

We have many incredible restaurants to suit any taste within a 10 to 25 minute drive! Beautiful wineries, parks, nature trails, golf courses abound. Just ask and I can make recommendations!

I grew up here in Texas. I've had a vacation home for many years and enjoy meeting people from all over the country. I always have good recommendations for local eateries and interesting outings! My husband and I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with our family. We love this neighborhood. There are incredible long distance views even as you go in and out of the subdivision. We have lovely neighbors and it's a safe area to be your home base to explore and enjoy the Hill Country!

Why they chose this property

When we settled here, we fell in love with the gorgeous long distance views you see just driving in and out of the neighborhood! This is a friendly subdivision with properties that are very spread apart so there's lots of privacy. Our property is 5 acres. This is a very safe area and there are wonderful places to eat, shops to explore, wineries, and lovely nature trails!

What makes this property unique

My property is peaceful and quiet. You see lots of wildlife, everything from deer and roadrunners to hummingbirds. My guesthouse has white stucco walls and a red roof with cedar posts on the relaxing front porch. There is a stunning long distance view from the upstairs master bedroom! Both rooms have comfortable beds. You get a full size kitchen here which makes it easy to save money and cook meals for your family!
