Property was well kept and clean, everything was very serene. Great location, around 30 mins either way to Green Bay or Sturgeon Bay. The view is phenomenal and the overall feeling inside the home was very warm and inviting.

We loved our stay! The sunsets were unbelievably beautiful. It was very clean, quiet, the beds were super comfortable. Such a pretty place with amazing views of the water from the whole back end of the house! I would definitely recommend to anyone and would stay here again!!

Comfy and cozy

Very beautiful home and views of the bay! King bed was very comfortable, kitchen had everything needed! We had a very much needed relaxing weekend and this was the most perfect place to do just that.

Lovely BayHouse

Very comfortable with everything you need for the house. Quiet neighborhood with friendly people everywhere we went in Door County. Wonderful views especially for sunsets.

Cozy and clean.

Property was cozy and clean. The view was very nice and the bed was comfy. The rain did cause problems with the tv and internet but that was not the owners fault.

Bayhouse Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Bayhouse! Our three year old loved playing in the water and the sandy beach, just steps away from the house. The sunsets were gorgeous. The house was very clean and comfortable. Don’t plan on doing any serious work while here, internet/signal isn’t great, but it’s a good excuse to disconnect and relax in this peaceful home!

Last Minute Getaway

We were looking for somewhere to spend a weekend away from our busy lives and this was the perfect place. Updated, modern, and clean. The view was the absolute best part, we also appreciated the outdoor furniture available for us to use.

Lack of Beach Access

There was no easy access for a senior to the beach, just a steep cement boat launch. Also, you couldn’t walk the beach due to all the docks that went from the top of the yard to the water. Only a small child would be able to get under them, certainly not a senior.

Blissful sunsets at a peaceful cottage

If you’re looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to stay with amazing views, look no further. You have everything you need and you don’t need much to stay here. We traveled with our adult son and had plenty of space. The house is located on a row of home directly on the water and the views are priceless. Relaxation morning, noon, and night awaits. Will definitely be back.

The property was very nice. Super clean, nicely furnished, well appointed kitchen and lovely outdoor spaces. The weather wasn't the greatest but there is plenty to explore in and around the area and even just taking a walk on the quiet roads near the property was nice. Can't beat the view. Too bad the clouds didn't allow us to see a sunset.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful time at Mary's home in Door County. The home is very cozy. It was perfect for three of us. The living room section has windows facing the bay. We sat there for hours looking at the bay. The kitchen was perfect with all kinds of utensils that we needed for the three nights of stay. We cooked a few small meals and it was easy. The beds were comfy. The road in front of the house is quiet and good for walking. Our stay was very peaceful. We spent more time at home than exploring the Door County. And, the sunset, incredible.

Great anniversary trip

My wife and I came to Door County for our 20 year wedding anniversary. This was our first trip but definitely not our last. We loved the house and the location. The size was perfect for us. It's been redone from top to bottom and looks great. The house sits 50' from the waters edge and we enjoyed sitting by the fireplace at night. Unfortunately for us it rained EVERY day of our trip and was cloudy so we never got to enjoy those sunsets we heard so much about. Anyone looking to come to Door County should consider staying in this home.

Buyer Beware!

Upon arrival we noticed a large stain on the arm of a chair in the master bedroom. Didn't think anything of it until the day after we got home. The owner (in her words) accused us of leaving the stain of "dried blood or excrement" on the chair. Are you kidding me? Our advice: walk around the property and take photos of any stains so you won't be accused pooping or bleeding on their furniture!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy spot on the bay. The home was exactly as advertised, comfortable, clean, and perfect for our family. The view of the bay was beautiful, with easy access to the water, and the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We also loved the location, it’s the perfect distance between Green Bay and all of Door County, making it easy to explore both. Would absolutely stay here again!

Once you get a look at the view you will know why we fell in love with this property. With it's waterfront beach location on the bay of Green Bay and it's mature trees, it is a dream location. We enjoyed the updates in this property and the beautiful wood flooring.
In the Primary Bedroom you will wake up to spectacular bay views. The location is so peaceful and there are walking trails all along the bay. Plus, wonderful parks nearby. Located in southern Door County and 30 minutes to Green Bay. This property provides a welcome reprieve from the hustle and bustle of northern Door County.

What makes this property unique

Spectacular sunsets. 30 minutes to Green Bay shopping and restaurants and 30 minutes to Fish Creek. Spend the day exploring the quaint shops and wineries of Door County, but return to a peaceful, private setting of your own waterfront vacation home.
