Hi Reginaldo, We sincerely apologize for the unfortunate experience you had during your stay. It deeply troubles us to hear about the cockroach infestation, the condition of the dining table, issues with the microwave, and the lack of hot water in the bathrooms. This falls well below the standards we aim to uphold for our guests, and we understand how much it must have impacted your vacation. Please allow us the opportunity to make things right. We would like to offer our sincerest apologies and extend a gesture of goodwill by providing you with a discount on your next vacation with us. We assure you that we are taking immediate steps to address the issues you encountered to prevent them from happening again in the future. Please don't hesitate to contact us when planning your next vacation so that we can ensure a much more pleasant experience for you. We are committed to regaining your trust and providing you with the quality service you deserve. Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention, and we hope to have the chance to exceed your expectations in the future. Kind Regards, Innovare Homes
