Beautiful Villa Oleana is only 500 m from the city center and almost the same distance from the sandy beach. In a relaxing green setting surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, this house will provide you with a perfect and relaxing holiday. Decorated with a lot of love and attention with specially selected pieces of antique furniture that intertwine with modern will make your stay fabulous and unforgettable. Everything is perfect for our guests to have complete comfort.
This beautiful modern "cottage" is close enough to all the facilities you need for daily functioning, and far enough if you need peace. It consists of ground and first floor. The ground floor has a large living room with kitchen, toilet and two bedrooms with separate bathrooms. One room has a kitchen and a separate entrance. The first floor also has a large living room with kitchen, toilet and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room opens onto a large balcony with a beautiful view of the city of Makarska. Our pool is located behind the house to provide you with intimacy and magnificent views.

Het was geweldig!

De villa was exact hetzelfde als op de foto's. Heel ruime living met 2 keukens. Prachtig zwembad om de dag gepoetst wordt met een prachtig uitzicht over Makarska. Genoeg ligbedden om met zen alle te kunnen genieten van het uitzicht. Valt na 15.00 in september wel in de schaduw, maar als je je dag anders inplant is dat niet erg. Het verblijf ligt wel op een steile weg naar makarska dus een auto is wel aangeraden maar zeker ook te doen te voet alleen iets vermoeiender ;) Goran was ook zeer vriendelijk aan de telefoon en heel behulpzaam. Wanneer ik nog eens naar Kroatië ga, kom ik zeker terug!

Very responsible and easy going guests. Although young group, well brought up and hope to see them again!
