Make sure all water faucets and fixtures are closed before leaving . Also that any electrodomestics are turned off . Set both air conditioning thermostats to 75 F Discard any boxes outside
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Missing TV controls or property items. Charge of $75 per each missing TV remote control. Any broken/missing items at list price .
Absolutely NO sanitary paper, wipes , feminine hygiene products or ANY other items can be thrown into toilets. Will create backup. $350 charge
Absolutely NO SMOKING cigarettes, cigars or Marijuana is allowed. If smoke smells are detected guest will be charge $250 for extra cleaning

Nice location , beaches are a short drive . Has an nice enclosed back yard with a beautiful mango tree ! The unit is very spacious, clean and nice base for a family to explore Miami . Little Havana is a very short drive . Would come back !

It was a great place, the only thing was not enough seating in the living room the little couch by the doors shown in the pictures was not there... Not a big deal but would have been really nice to have...

Lovely place. Spacious for our party of 6. Very close to many attractions. There was a cold spell during our stay and we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard patio, but it was a very nice and private. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shop was a bonus!Host was easy to reach and made our stay easier.

Host responded quickly to questions. Check-in and out were easy. There was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms and only two rolls of toilet paper total for five people, which the host solved after first saying that was not true. I think the main issue was there were several bugs inside the property (drain flies mostly) to the point where there was a bug light plugged in in the dining room that went off frequently. Also there were a ton of spoons and knives but only four forks for some reason. I think the cookware available was enough for us otherwise. Some of the furniture was in disrepair, but still functioned as they were intended to. The backyard was a nice perk. We didn’t rent a car, but parking seemed easy. Overall it fit our needs of a big group for the weekend, but definitely lacked in some areas.

We apologized as there were two rolls of paper in the bathrooms. We never disagreed with Hannah it was just not clear in her message if there were two per bathroom or only two total.for 3 nights we normally leave that amount without any issues. This is the first time we learned about any bugs in the house .one of the service ladies went to the house Sunday but she wasn't made aware of bugs or any furniture in disrepair. Our self check-in policy procedure advises our guests to do an immediate walk around the house upon check-in to point out anything that needs atention. This helps us as hots tend to any needs and also protects us against any damage that might be caused during the guest's stay. We strive to provide a wonderful experience to our guests and provide the best value nightly rental for a home in our entire zip code area .the reviews show they do enjoy the our home.
