Make sure all water faucets and fixtures are closed before leaving . Also that any electrodomestics are turned off . Set both air conditioning thermostats to 75 F Discard any boxes outside
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Missing TV controls or property items. Charge of $75 per each missing TV remote control. Any broken/missing items at list price .

Lovely place. Spacious for our party of 6. Very close to many attractions. There was a cold spell during our stay and we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard patio, but it was a very nice and private. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shop was a bonus!Host was easy to reach and made our stay easier.

Doesn’t look anything like the pictures beds on the floor cracks in the wall and the toilet doesn’t flush

We are struggling to understand why this comment was left. There was a brief issue with a toilet which originated on the way our host was operating it. The toilet has two valves ,one for a light load and the other for heavier ones. We instructed them that they needed to press both push down buttons at the same time and after that was done we never heard again about the issue. I also communicated with Melvin via his mobile phone from mine and did not heard any negative comments. Our home has been on for over 5 years and overall our guests have had a great experience staying there . We have guests that stayed several months without complain. Again this comment is very undeserving in our honest opinion.

Recovery Oasis

From booking to check-in the communication was great. There was a little issue with the front door automatic lock, but the host corrected the issue immediately! I waa so relieved! The house was very cleana and I left it that way. There was awasher and dryer on site which was amazing. The stay was amazing. There was a bonus in the backyard! A mango tree, avocado tree and iguanas! I will be back to Miami and I hope this house is avaliable for my next trip!

Clean and fresh kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable bedding made for good rest between our Miami adventures. Really nice to have the breakfast bar and dining table options, in addition to multiple ways to make and enjoy morning coffee.

Quillar visited us for three days , we would have been happier to have a full 5 stars feedback specially since there weren't any issues or complaints during his stay. We provided an outstanding fully removed property of 3 bed/2baths for less than $190 per night ( summer rates ) which rents for much more in the season . Feedback in ways to improve our guest's experience is always appreciated even more when we do not earn the fullest reward for our efforts as hosts .
