Lovely place. Spacious for our party of 6. Very close to many attractions. There was a cold spell during our stay and we didn’t get to enjoy the backyard patio, but it was a very nice and private. Walkable to restaurants and coffee shop was a bonus!Host was easy to reach and made our stay easier.

Good location and lots of nearby supermarkets. Great setup with two parking spaces. The house has plenty of space and comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. Even though we could only use one toilet due to a minor issue, we didn't mind. 5 stars!

We are struggling to understand why this comment was left. There was a brief issue with a toilet which originated on the way our host was operating it. The toilet has two valves ,one for a light load and the other for heavier ones. We instructed them that they needed to press both push down buttons at the same time and after that was done we never heard again about the issue. I also communicated with Melvin via his mobile phone from mine and did not heard any negative comments. Our home has been on for over 5 years and overall our guests have had a great experience staying there . We have guests that stayed several months without complain. Again this comment is very undeserving in our honest opinion.
