Never received a check in email. Had to call while at the condos to get information. The unit is underwhelming and in poor condition: outdated appliances, no overhead lights, TV remotes not working, sofa bed is crooked, glass door is not sealed, fireplace is for decoration (can't use), HVAC unit had a high-pitched squeal, and we could easily hear all of the neighbors through the walls

Rooms are very clean and spacious. Great location and view! The stay was great and enjoyed the trip. We had the best time staying at this condo it had all the amenities of home.Would stay again in the future. Highly recommended!!

Very nice property, reasonably priced, great views and location and super nice accommodations. Only issue was figuring out the TV remotes! Lovely 2 bed, 2 bath condo.

Adult get away

It was great. There were ample towels and soaps shampoos conditioners for each bathroom, there were ample pillows blankets as well. The patio was great. We didn't see any bear there but we did other areas. Definitely will rent again. Thank you.

Was there for our 5 day stay and really can't say anything bad about it. Just make sure you have all wheel drive or something like that is all I recommend. That mountain is steep but we enjoyed.

Great Stay and Scary Roads

Property was fantastic. Pool and hottubs were nice. Gorgeous views to get to the property but be prepared for the switchbacks of a lifetime all up a 70 degree incline. If you’re scared of heights or have car anxiety I recommend something not on top of the mountain. Condo was for the most part clean. Top quilt had food on it and the mattress cover was stained in one room and there was a dead moth underneath the shower mat. Had everything we needed but the kitchen stuff could be updated. All together a fantastic place.

Very nice place

We enjoyed our stay here. It had plenty of space. The only problem I had was there wasn't enough silverware or other utincils to use. But they had plenty of everything else. We appreciate you letting us stay at your wonderful place.

Week at the chalet

This unit is in the first floor and does not have a view. It also could use a deep clean. For the price it met our needs and we had a great time in the smokies!

Great stay!

We had a great time, the pool access was very near by, the condo was clean and we actually saw quite a few bears! One actually came up to the balcony banister but we were inside the condo at the time-we never fell threated but just much more aware of our surroundings. It is about 10-15 minutes drive up hill but the views are beautiful. Location was far enough from all the traffic of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but only a 20 minute drive-there is a trolly system that was easy to use took us all into downtown Gatlinburg for free and worth using! We will definitely be back!

Good view. Property could be better maintained (only 3 cups in kitchen, hot water in showers iffy, blinds did not work). But nice views, ample parking, property owner communicated promptly. So overall fairly good.

It was Ok!

I didn’t enjoy coming down the mountain when we left the condo. It is steep and very curvy. Also, you pay a cleaning fee and you have to be the one to clean it up. If not, they will charge you to doyour dishes or charge another $100

Nice from the out side

It wasn’t very clean a constant very annoying dripping shower head. Tried to get it fixed they came in told us they needed parts never saw them again. We had a dust pan but no broom. Asked about getting a broom, didn’t get one. Worst found a dead cockroach in the bed. The pool and hot tub was nice.

Cleanliness

This could be a really nice unit if the owner would visit it to make some updates. First off it needs to be cleaned better. I was thankful I brought Lysol wipes. The bedding sheets had stains and the comforters were not clean. Kitchen drawers had old condiments in them which is pretty tacky. There were 2,gas grills but neither had a propane tank that was full. Overall we enjoyed our stay and it is a cute place just needs some attention especially to the cleanliness.

served the purpose

When we were there the pool was not open yet and the hot tubs closed for maintenance. The condo itself could use just a little bit of updating the the sofa sleeper could use an upgrade as well. I did not appreciate the envelope left for housekeeping tips. I am charged a "healthy" cleaning fee so asking for tips was too much for me and may not be for some. did have a winding road to get there, but all in all easy to get to

The condo was not updated like it said it wasn't very clean there was hardly anything to use to cook with they gave us 6 towels and wash rags for a week we called the owner which he was very nice but it took his cleaning people 3 days to get more towels and wash rags, beds are awful and the shower leaked in the one bathroom we had a good time but the condo was not nice like we are use to when we have went to Florida won't be staying at that condo building when we come next time sorry!

Check in process was a bit confusing, only because your driving straight up a mountain with multiple turns and multiple condos. The unit number was easy to find once we got on top of the mountain. However my family and I did not get a chance to stay unfortunately. When we checked in the entire unit was in disarray, the sheets on the bed were dirty from the prior guest who had slept in them. There was also soaking wet towels from the previous guest in the bath tub and showers. The floors were horrendous covered in crumbs. I had drove 4 hours with 4 small kids and we just wanted to settle in. The cleaning crew had not been there to clean the unit. I spoke with the owners who offered to reach out to the cleaners and see if they could come up the mountain and clean it, but at that point I knew it could take a couple hours and we just did not want to wait, and the reason being is... well it should of already been cleaned upon arrival. Sadly we left and found another place to go. The owner did offer me a full refund at this point and seemed very understanding, he also explained that this situation has never happened before. I honesty believe the cleaning crew just forgot to show up that day or possibly miscommunication with the company. All in all our family had a wonderful trip once we finally got to our new cleaned condo at another resort.

Perfect family getaway ❤️

Searched for lots of rentals. Glad we picked this one. It was perfect for our family of 5. My son loved the pull out couch. Me and my husband took the kid with attached bathroom. The full tub was a plus with a 1 year old. The linens were nice and clean. The house was pretty Clean. I will say the carpet was a little run down and the patio could be updated with better chairs. We enjoyed sun bathing on the yard the patio leads to a nice patch of grass in a hill. The water pressure is amazing! Nice hot showers. The little sewing kit with qtips and cotton swabs were a nice touch. Some minor issues. The dresser in the master has a broken drawer that kept falling off. The cable took 5 plus minutes to load a channel. The patio chairs are broken. Also idk if it was mentioned but there are 2 hottubs. We had a great time. They were opening the pool when we just in March. Did see bears outside, keep the car doors locked. They will get in. It was really nice having everything you needed to cook. The only thing I feel it lacked would be some board games and a small vacuum. There was no way to clean up anything for a week stay. Also dishwasher turns on again numerous times after it's completed. Will run 3 or 4 times if you let it. And the condos are literally on the way top of the mountain. Lots of up and down up and down. There is a small carryout on the mountain. Has lots of goodies. And a small pizza place that had great food. 👍

Okay with some exceptions.

Overall pretty good. The beds were not real comfortable. The door lock worked but for had to be pressed shut hard while it was locking or it would lock. 1 of the 2 showers was cracked in the bottom and could be used without risking water damage. Not a great place to stay but not will work on a budget.

Underwhelmed

Great location, but if the property owner just put a little effort into their condo it would be a much better experience. For example, in the bathrooms there were the standard travel toiletries. They are ones obviously they have picked up from their trips & reused. One was labeled the Sheraton. My husband went to use the lotion & the bottle had been filled with water. Same thing with the coffee ……. They were miss matched single serve packs from different hotels. Also the pillows on the bed had no pillow cases. We did find a few in the closets. It is the little things that make me return to a location & this one will not be on my list.

Top of mountain resort

Nice two bedroom with kitchen and large living room. Nice table for dining and card games. Two hot tubs and saw bears. Quiet place with outdoor grill and pool. Nice sunset pictures.

Absolutely Perfect

Cute little cozy condo with the best view. Perfect location not too far from downtown Gatlinburg. The condo and grounds was clean. Not a lot of people so it was very quiet.

Nice condo and lots of black bears!

We had a great time. Nice, comfortable condo. It is a little far up the mountain, but we didn’t mind too much. We saw seven black bears either on the way up or there at the condo. We had a mother and three cubs directly at our back door!
