This is not a bad location or bad house.
But there is cockroach infestation.
Seen first in the kitchen sink when we came in but soon we realize that they were everywhere.
It is not that bad but there excrement are toxic to human. Moreover they love to lay eggs in cardboard and tissues.
So we had to keep our clothes in the car and the food all in the fridge an freezer. We did want to bring them home.
Real bad experience fir the price.
