A little bit about us! We came to this cabin as guests a few years ago and fell, completely, in love with it. When the opportunity came to purchase the property, we knew it was answered prayer. We have always dreamed of a waterfront get-away and this beautiful cabin checks all the boxes! As the new owners we will continue to give excellent hospitality to our guests along with making some upgrades on comfort and accommodations. We have already begun! We are SuperHost's on Airbnb and Premier Hosts on VRBO with our other short term rental property and we are already getting great reviews from the guests who have stayed at the cabin this season!

So, come and enjoy your own private rustic cabin that sits on the banks of a crystal clear spring fed 25 acre pond. 15 steps down to waters edge, take a kayak ride out for a calming naturalistic experience. Enjoy fishing in the twice annually stocked pond. Take a swim in the refreshing, spring fed, crystal clear waters. Gather with family and friends around the open pit campfire and toast yourself a marshmallow or hotdog for an evening snack. Firewood and first case of bottled water provided.

This cabin is fully equipped with many amenities that exceed above and beyond most seasonal rentals. Fully supplied kitchen w/open concept Dining Room/Living Room, and two private Bedrooms. Sleeping accommodations for 6 people. View our pond thru windows w/ screens from three sides of cabin revealing the beautiful Barkers Pond.

This rustic cabin makes you feel a world away from every day stresses and allows you to feel close to the outdoors, giving you a camp-like feeling in Maine's woods. There are 2 bedrooms. One with a queen size bed. The other with 2 twin beds.
The living area is a spacious open concept with ample kitchen area : 2 single beds are in the living space by the window overlooking the water., plus a roll-away cot if needed. The new sofa is large enough and comfortable enough to make up as a single sleeping area.
