Great space for a large group/family .. only 700 metres from the front beach!

Enjoy our home for your next getaway with family and/or friends, located only 700 metres from the front beach.

Set behind closed gates, our home comprises of 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. It’s a great house for a girls’ weekend away or that annual golf trip! Located minutes from prestige golf courses, Peninsula Hot Springs, St Andrews Brewery and many wineries ... this house is perfect for any occasion.

Our home suits 2/3 families with a central living room, split system air conditioning unit, gas ducted heating for the cooler months and unlimited WiFi. It's very family friendly with 2 portacots and a high chair available at the property.

On a 730sqm block, there is plenty of room to relax indoors and out. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The main bathroom has a bath. The outdoor area is a haven for relaxing including an outdoor setting for 10 people as well as a BBQ. You may even like to have a meal under the rotunda in the front yard!

Master bedroom - queen bed, BIR, ensuite
2nd bedroom - double bed & single bed BIR
3rd bedroom - 1 x Tri bunk & Trundle (ie sleeps 4 people), BIR - this room really is for little people given the bunks are quite low.
4th bedroom - queen bed, BIR, ensuite
5th bedroom - double bed, BIR, ensuite

Doona & pillows supplied.

Guests need to bring their own sheets, doona covers, pillow slips & towels. (Alternatively quote can be supplied to hire at your expense)

A great house for our family Xmas break: plenty of bathrooms and ample bedding for our extended family of twelve, large secure garden for the grandkids to play and a big BBQ was ample to cook our Xmas dinner. Close to a very safe beach where we were able to watch Little Penguins swimming around and hopping ashore to thier nests. Even though the weather was not as good as we expected there are masses of activity close by.

Perfect for a family holiday!

Beautiful property right in the middle of everything! Close to the beach and a short drive to the Rye Carnival. Clean and tidy house upon arrival and almost every bedroom had a bathroom which made it perfect for multiple couples/families. Thanks Jodie for a wonderful property!

Great home for family and friends to enjoy the Peninsula

Very enjoyable stay in this very neat, tidy and clean home. Comfortable beds, great amenities, ample kitchen necessities and outdoor/BBQ area. Central to so many things like the beach, shops at both Rosebud and Rye as well as easy drives to other tourist spots, like Sorrento, Portsea, the Hot Springs etc. Jodie was great to deal with and responded quickly to all queries. 3 ensuites makes it a great property for larger groups or 2/3 families! Great location to Rosebud front beach and secure front and back yard for our 2 small dogs. Lovely, well-equipped home. Thank you.

The outdoor tables and chairs was covered in dust and bird poo. In one of the bedrooms in the waste bin was used sanitary products. The oven did not work big problem on Christmas day

Wonderful holiday

We stayed at Jodie’s house over the New Year period and had an amazing time. The property is in a great location, could walk to the beach and a couple of coffee shops and most importantly it wasn’t too far from the ice cream shop! It was about a 10 minute drive to the supermarket because of traffic but that’s expected that time of year. We actually preferred that we weren’t in the heart of Rye or Rosebud as it was quieter and less traffic here. The house itself was perfect for what we wanted, it had that old beach house vibe with all the mod cons & everything we needed. The kids room was a great addition with some toys for the kids. The back and front yard were big enough we had a bbq almost every day which was jst what we wanted for a relaxed family holiday. Jodie was fabulous to deal with, very quick at getting back to me and nothing was too much trouble, she even had a portacot out for us. Would absolutely recommend this place to other families and hopefully we will be back again one summer!
