The property was very clean and well kept. Our stay was very comfortable and extremely close to our family that we came to visit and meet our 6th granddaughter. I highly recommend this property!

Nice, clean & relaxing

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral! There was some building noise each morning, but we understood as there is still a lot of rebuilding going on in the area after the hurricane 2 years ago. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room to relax inside! The only drawbacks were the small bathroom which was not attached to the bedroom and no beach chairs to use at the beach. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay!

Farewell tour

We came to Cape Coral to say goodbye to one of our favorite family member. He’s on hospice. Location was easy to find. Only 4 miles from our family. We needed a shower seat for my elderly mother. It was waiting for us the day we arrived! Very good customer service! Will use this location again.

Place was very clean. It was just what we needed. A place to rest our head. Nothing fancy but modern. Nice furniture. Close to restaurants and stores. Owner was very nice. Would definitely consider it again.

Lovely, clean home in a quiet neighborhood and an attentive and responsive host. Nice privacy on the covered patio with birds and butterflies. Just wish the weather had been a bit warmer :)

Not a good experience.... landlord canceled one day before arrival

Sadly, one day before we were to arrive for our stay in Cape Coral, our reservation was canceled and no reason was given for this. Our fees were refunded and a voucher was provided but this caused a lot of stress for our family to find an alternative place to stay. This experience was quite disappointing. I wrote several times about the "check in" process and finally heard that our accommodations were not available.

Cape Coral Casa

We had such a great time staying here. Julie was an amazing host and was always available when I needed to ask her something. Loved that it was fully stocked, had a washer and dryer room and we also spent a lot of our time on the back porch (Lanai). It was a great scenery to look at and the lawn chairs were comfortable too. Overall, it was like home away from home. The furniture was even comfortable and that is very important when staying somewhere. The beds were comfortable although we were not so sure on the size of them as they seemed a bit smaller than a queen but that could have just been us. Great water pressure in the shower and temperature as well. We also loved the TV room. Tons of great furniture and the tv had access to apps that we were pleasantly surprised to see even though we also had our own log in. It just made it that much easier to enjoy without a hassle of logging in on our own accounts. It was quite and relaxing and we will definitely be coming back as we vacation down here yearly. Thank you souch for such a wonderful stay.
