1500 square feet. 3 large bedrooms & 1 bathroom. Ideal for 6 people but can sleep up to 8 guests. 2 terraces!

Spacious apartment located on the famous and Î so wonderful Mont-Royal avenue. Right in front of the Mont-Royal metro station. You can see it from the terrace! Plenty of cool cafés, restaurants, shops and a supermarket are right on that street! This is the place to be if you want to experience the trendiest area in town: Le Plateau Mont-Royal.

The huge authentic brick wall gives character and warmth to the huge open-space living / dining area. All the furniture and decor was chosen with love

Located on the 2nd floor (Steps are steep). There is plenty of natural sunlight and you will love the two big terraces (one on the side and one in front of the building).

Ideal for 6 people but can sleep 8 comfortably.

- 3 bedrooms with Queen size bed
- 2 single mattresses to be put on the floor (real mattress)
- portable crib and highchair provided.

1 bathroom with a bath/shower
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and all you need to cook. The table seats 8 to 12 guests. Nespresso machine (capsules not included) and regular filter coffee machine (coffee included) are on site.
The private balcony is the perfect place to enjoy a good meal with friends.
Perfect for families or large groups.
NO parking included, but you can purchase DAY PERMITS at Pay Stations (over 250 in the area)

INCLUDED: High speed Wi-Fi internet, television, electricity, air conditioning, dishwasher, washer and dryer, linens and towels (one per person) .

WINTER: someone is in charge of shovelling the staircase and entryway but it is possible that a snowfall right before your arrival leaves the outdoor area unshovelled. There is normally a shovel and salt at your disposal in the wardrobe by the entrance.

NOTE that for any given stay of 31 days or less, our nightly prices will include the Québec Lodging Tax of 3.5%, the Provincial Tax (QST 9.975%) and the Federal Tax (GST 5%). These taxes apply to the total stay but not to the refundable damage deposit.

MINIMUM STAY: 2 nights minimum stay unless we have a 1 night "gap" between two other rentals and we reserve the right to ask for 3 nights for special events or weekends.

RULES: NO smoking and NO parties. Music is tolerated until 10 pm.

We STRONGLY suggest you get adequate travel insurance as we have a strict cancelation policy.

This was an ideal home away from home! It was comfortable, even in the mid-winter chill of December. The kitchen was well outfitted. All the beds were comfortable. Communication was clear from the owners and available in French and English. I would happily stay here again.

Excellent location & facilities.

We were are multi generational party & the apartment was excellent for all of us. The facilities for baby & 3 year were good. Cot, high chair & some toys made the stay very easy The outstanding feature is the location v close to the metro & also we walked to mount royale park & returned via bus. There are plenty of bars & eating places to suit all tastes.

Wonderful apartment in Le Plateau

This is a lovely spacious apartment that was perfect for 3 couples travelling together, with three good sized double rooms. One of the balconies was a perfect place to eat, even when it was raining. The front balcony allowed you to feel that you were still a part of Mont Royal Est. This is a lovely location to feel a part of Montreal life, easy access to Saint Laurent and the Mural festival, many good restaurants and shops within an easy walk, the bonus was having a metro station very close. We would definitely return to Le Plateau and this apartment.

Fantatic place to stay for group mini-vacation

Le Metro was the perfect spot for a family reunion/mini-vacation! The listing and experience match perfectly. The living spaces were wonderful - three large and comfortable couches, stylish dining area, very well-equipped kitchen. The private side deck was just amazing for before-dinner drinks! It is a terrific location. We appreciated the wide variety of restaurants within the radius of a few blocks, as well as groceries and liquor store so close. As mentioned in other reviews, Montreal parking is a challenge! The hosts left detailed instructions - make sure you read them carefully in order to avoid a parking ticket. We would highly recommend Le Metro, and would happily return.

Terrific Urban Apartment

This three-bedroom apartment was very comfortable and well-stocked with basic needs, including coffee and sugar. The beds were comfy and extra bedding was available if needed. We controlled the temperature too. The location was right across the street from the Metro station and walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The only thing to be warned about is that the staircase to the apartment is very steep with small steps; carrying our suitcases up the stairs was difficult, and I would not recommend this stay for anyone who struggles with stairs. Sometimes street noises woke me up in the front bedroom. Very comfortable for adults wanting separate, private rooms.

On ne peut ĂȘtre plus au cƓur du plateau !!! Description du logement correspond en tout point Ă  ce que vous dĂ©couvrirez en arrivant ! Nous n’étions que 4 adultes le logement Ă©tait donc trĂšs spacieux !!! Il y’a tout le nĂ©cessaire dont on pourrait avoir besoin ( ustensiles de cuisines/ amĂ©nagement BB enfant/ terrasse /laverie
) A savoir comme souvent le logement se situe au 1er par rapport au rez de rue , il y a donc un escalier un peu droit avant d’arriver dans ce magnifique logement ) Communication trĂšs facile . Caution remboursĂ©e le lendemain . Terrasse apprĂ©ciable , y avoir sĂ©journer fut un vrai rĂ©gal !

Great space, excellent location

Very spacious, comfortable beds, A+ location. Couple of things can improve. Parking vouchers are no longer sold at the pharmacy, but Jeanne guided us through to find a parking machine that only charges 8 CAD per day. However the machine was refusing every credit card we had and we had no CAD so we had to go to the bank. It took 2 hours to finally park and settle in. The next day, the machine ate our money, but accepted a credit card. None of these issues is related to the place itself, but we booked this place, based on parking so just a heads up to those that require parking. The tea kettle didn’t have the chord, but besides that, the apartment is great. Would definitely stay again!
