Modern, waterfront views at Opoutere Oasis!

Escape for a bit of peace and quiet in beautiful Opoutere in the Coromandel. This open plan, family style bach allows for views of the glistening water and also great for gathering the whole family for a getaway. 

Enjoy the spacious yard space and expansive deck that overlooks the estuary. It allows for the whole family to come stay with plenty of beds and 4 bathrooms. There is a BBQ available to use and the open space allows for excellent indoor or outdoor living. Dinner alfresco in the warm summer evening - what more could you need.

This bach is located down a private drive which allows you and your family to feel tucked away and enjoy this beautiful space. The kitchen and living area provide great views of the waterfront so the views can be enjoyed no matter the weather!

Enjoy a cheeky drink in the sun with the outdoor table whilst firing up the BBQ. Or enjoy your time with the family inside with the fire going and preparing a delicious roast. 

Just a drive away to escape the hustle and bustle, Opoutere Oasis creates an incredible backdrop to your stay!
All guests should take care when using the exterior stairs as they do not have a handrail to prevent potential slips, trips or falls.

The fourth bathroom is in the separate sleep-out. Please note beds in sleep out are not available for guest use.

Comfortable and easy

Comfortable and easy stay for relaxation escape. Close access to beach , estuary and Whangamata. Nice and quiet. Great for an escape break which is what we wanted. WiFi very erratic so do not depend on if you're still needing to conduct any business or urgent matters.

False advertising

The pictures are completely outdated. There isn't even a tree in the front yard any longer. While the location was good, the following issues occured: Check in = lock box did not work as instructed. Had to call to find that the key was just hidden on the property elsewhere. Firewood = Not prepped. Had to actually chop the wood ourselves. While a good workout, it was inconvenient. Cleanliness = The place needs a good scrubbing. Dirty floors, dirty closets and a general lack of organization Heaters = Just one heater for 3 bedrooms. TV/Internet = Remotes strewn all over the place and behind the TV. Had to reboot everything several times to get it all to finally work. Worst of all = Cockroaches (or at least the ones that came out that we could see and kill). This place was "Fair" at best. We should have gotten a refund just for all the work we put into it...to get some rest! Left it better than we found it.
