12 Bryce Street Moffat Beach QLD

This open planned residence has been renovated to display that beach charm that is often lost with many of the new houses built today. From the moment you enter you will feel that relaxed coastal vibe with stunning timber floors, an open plan layout and an abundance of natural light.

With that highly sought-after north-east aspect, the cool sea breezes will flow though the living spaces in summer and you will have protection from the cool southerlies in winter.

Entertaining out on the fully covered rear balcony is surrounded by immaculate tropical gardens so it will feel like your own private oasis.

This beachside haven also boasts two generously sized bedrooms, two stylish bathrooms including a bath, a powder room. Air con is in the main bedroom only but ceiling fans are throughout.

Please note garage height is approx. 1.9m and suitable for small cars only. There is driveway parking and street parking. Garage also opens outwards. Downstairs ceiling is low lying. Please note the single bedroom there are no cupboard space.

As property is pet friendly we ask you to please make sure you clean up after your animal or extra charges may apply, you help in this matter is greatly appreciated. Please make sure that your pets are kept off the furnishings. One Small Dog - Inside Allowed. Please note all our pet friendly properties allow Dogs only.

Great Locaton

Really enjoyed staying at this property, everything was clean and furnishings were comfortable. Excellent location especially if you have a small dog. Great cafes close by too and a short walk to convenience shop for groceries.

Excellent access to the beach and shops

The house was perfect. A short walk to the beach which is dog off-leash before 8 am and after 4 pm. Nice cafes one way and a bakery and large convenience store the other. Dickie beach as perfect for a surf or boogie board. Moffat beach was perfect for a swim (once you were over the shore break). Lovely community.

Wonderful property opposite the park and beach. Our little dogs were also very comfortable. Lovely secure backyard for them and I love hard floors when I take them away as I can relax about them. Great facilities . Overall a very nice and comfortable house in a fab location.

Moffat beach.. short stay

Close to beach. Close to all facilities. Dog friendly beach and yes dogs are friendly. Good bakery within walking distance... opens early!

Great holiday house and pet friendly

This property was great for our long weekend getaway. Everything was clean, furnishings were comfortable and check in was really easy. Excellent location with great cafes close by. Also loved that the property was pet friendly.
