The house was excellent. Very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked and the heated pool and outdoor space were so relaxing. Only downside was traffic in Cape Coral but just avoided rush hour outings. Would definitely recommend this home.

Villa Tropical Paradise is a very nice house. The pool is great. The street is quiet and close to grocery stores and restaurants. We had special circumstances which the owner and manager worked to accommodate us.

Relaxing warm pool house vacation

Enjoyed a two week stay at this pool home. The pool was five star, clean, good furniture with a southern exposure. The area has all the shopping necessities. The house had all the basics, well equipped kitchen, cable TV, garage, etc. The owners are very accessible if needed. They communicated every step of the rental process beautifully.

Perfect family paradise

I loved everything about this house from the layout to the cleanliness to the patio and pool area. There was enough space for myself and all of my children to relax and have family time, or to be able to get some alone time. SO CLEAN!! And the street is so quiet and peaceful as well. The owners were so helpful and communicated frequently to check on us throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back! This is a homebody’s dream vacation home ❤️ it literally has everything!

Overall, the house was pretty welcoming. they made sure to offer information about what attractions are in the area for family fun! The house was in top shape as soon as we walked in. downfalls to this home was the AC was hot and super cold in some areas. the greenery and pool were wonderful. we just wished owners would of responded with more attention. to conclude, THIS HOUSE IS FOR YOU! TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO GET IT WHILE ITS AVAILABLE! TRUE STEAL. GOD BLESS THE OWNER AND THE NEXT CLIENTS THAT STAY. :)

Great Value - Comfortable & Convenient

We traveled to Cape Coral as a group of four adults and stayed at Villa Tropical Paradise. The host, Mary, texted within 24-hours of our check in to make sure we were settled and to ask if we needed anything. Indoors: we loved that there were enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own space, two bathrooms, a spacious/open concept kitchen/dining/living area. The house was clean and comfortable with plenty of kitchen necessities, air conditioning, and fans. Outdoors: we really loved the heated pool and private/enclosed backyard. The pool area gets sun just about all day long, and this is where we spent most of our day, everyday. There was ample outdoor seating, and some noodles/floats available for the pool. There was some construction in the area at the time of our stay (February 2022), so the weekdays were a bit noisy. It didn't bother us much, and the weekend was quiet and peaceful. There are many options for dining, groceries and shopping within 15-20 minutes of the property. We checked out the Yacht Club Beach (20 minutes away) on our first night. We planned to grab dinner there at The Boathouse Tiki Bar & Grill, but the wait was two hours for a table of four (on a Thursday night). Instead, we caught a beautiful sunset on the beach - totally worth the drive. Given there weren't many recent reviews at the time of our stay, we were a bit nervous upon booking. As indicated in the listing, you will need to sign a rental agreement/schedule a security deposit outside of the Airbnb site. The property exceeded our expectations, communication with the hosts was great, and we found Villa Tropical Paradise to be a great value! Our only advice to future travelers would be to bring a radio or Bluetooth speaker with you if you would like to enjoy some poolside tunes :).

Excellent house for a great vacation

Our house was clean, completely furnished will all amenities, and was exactly what we hoped for. The pool was refreshing and all the outdoor furniture plus BBQ made for nice evenings. All appliances seemed to be new and top notch. The washer and dryer were gigantic. This was our second year renting, and we plan to do the same next year.

Good...but

In general was good, everything was cleaned and neat. But they have couple ridiculous rules; first they don't want to younto swim at night...like really I rent a house with pool and I can't not enjoy it at night, then they didn't want you to put the AC below 76...do you know we are in Florida? No AC will freeze, I live in West Palm Beach and there is no way you live and sleep with AC on 76 or higher. Also the beds need to be upgraded. But beside that it was good.

Dear Lucas. Thank you so much for your review. Just some corrections to your review. Probably you misunderstood. In our email, it states that to save energy, we recommend the AC at 76 degrees and to keep the doors and windows closed. It doesn't mean you can't set the AC lower and keep the doors open. It's just not recommended. In consideration for the neighbors are nightly activities at the pool not welcome. However, I always recommend, in case you don't like something or you are not sure about a rule. Just call, we are always here to help. Thanks for being our guest.
