If the country is your cup of sweet tea, The Good Morning Ranch is a great place to sip it. Nestled in the picturesque Texas Hill Country, you get the privacy of a 10-acre ranch while staying close to restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Y'all ready to yeehaw? This modernized barn mixes Little House on the Prairie charm with plenty of contemporary touches that make it feel fresh and fun. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and 1,800 square feet of living space for 8 guests to spread out and soak up all the country vibes.

Traditional wood-burning fireplace? Yup. Exposed brick and log pillars? Yes ma'am. Southwestern rugs, decor and wall art? You betcha. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with all you could need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals for all your cowpokes. Then y'all can gather around the unique dining table with benches in the sunroom for downhome feasts.

When you want to breathe in all the fresh Texas air, the toughest decision of your stay will be which of the 3 outdoor lounge areas to enjoy. The front patio includes a charming place to dine al fresco with a table, propane grill, and firepit. The covered lower porch and the upper deck both offer amazing views of the property's sprawling 10 acres. Sorry Folgers, but the best part of waking up is waking up to The Good Morning's spectacular landscapes.

If you want to venture off the ranch, you can drive 10 minutes to Jacob's Well Natural Area, a popular swimming spot with a spring and underwater caves. Also, the Blue Hole Regional Park is a similar destination 15 minutes away, with a forested area for swimming, rope swings, and floating. In Wimberley, you can stroll through Wimberley Market Days, browse antique shops, dine at delicious restaurants, treat yourself to ice cream, survey art galleries, and explore local bars in this quaint little Texan town.

The Good Morning Ranch is on a well, this means that the hot water will smell sulfurous. The hotter the water, the stronger the smell.

You can bring up to 3 dogs with you, but the sum of their weight can't exceed 100 pounds. Breed restrictions apply, and the fee is $75 per pet. A separate pet rental agreement must be signed when bringing your pet. Sorry cat people, dogs only.

Great location. Between Wimberley and Dripping Springs. Close hiking, breweries and restaurants. Great location for some quiet but still close to everything.

Wonderful views and comfortable house

The house is comfortable and conducive to connecting with family. The views are very pretty; it was a great escape from the city. Plenty of rooms and beds, but wished there were more than one shower (the listing was accurate; we just didn’t think through that part so that’s on us). When we had questions or issues, the property manager and owner were super responsive. We were very appreciative to have such attentive hosts! Would stay here again.
