Carpe Mykonos a new home, has brought a sense of the Mediterranean to Margaret River. Themed on architecture of the Greek islands, the home promotes a feeling of connection with the famous Greek Orthodox Church one kilometre down the road at Prevelly.

The home is nestled amongst its own 8 acres (shared with the Managers cottage) and is located 3 minutes from the famous Surfers Point and 10 minutes from Town. There are cycle/walkways near the property that lead to both. The safe family beach of Gnarabup with the renowned “White Elephant’s” coffee and The Commons Bistro are less than 2 kms further on. Carpe Mykonos looks over its’ tennis court and pavilion (which it shares with Carpe Vino, the adjoining property), to the Indian Ocean beyond. Tennis racquets and balls are provided.

Fully appointed with brand-new equipment and furnishings this white lime bagged residence comprises 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and a large outdoor deck. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 people.

There is a 65 inch TV, slow combustion wood heater for those cool winter evenings, reverse cycle air conditioned living area, computer nook, and a children’s TV in the bunk bedroom. Bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans.

The kitchen is very well stocked for those looking for cooking and baking wares. Featuring a large fridge/freezer, electric hotplate and oven, microwave, coffee machine and much more. The dining table seats a group of eight. Enjoy a barbecue and glass of Margaret River wine on the deck as you watch the sunset and listen to the birdlife.

Linen and towels are provided and laundered. We also have a washing machine (with detergent) and dryer in the laundry should the need arise. Other amenities include dishwashing liquid, sponges and tea towels, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, sugar, plastic wrap, foil, paper towels and serviettes.

There are plenty of bushwalks and it’s at sunrise and sunset you will usually see kangaroos feeding. For golfers the Margaret River golf club is less than a kilometre away and they welcome visitors. The whole area is covered in wineries, at which you can sample their foods and wines. The world renowned Cape Mentelle vineyard is very close to the property.
