You are going to love my INCREDIBLE 2bd/2ba home located in beautiful Palm Desert! Nestled in an exclusive gated community with an amazing pool area. Grill up some burgers in our private patio area with BBQ, or relax by the pool and lounge around while soaking up the California desert sun. Conveniently located within a short drive to all Desert City attractions! This house is perfect for your desert vacay!!

2. Noise Standard and Regulation Requirements: Per City Palm Desert Law, it is illegal for any unreasonable level of noise or loud partying especially between 10 pm - 7 am. Guests might be cited and fined for any noise complaints from the community or the city.
3. All short-term rental occupants shall respect the neighbors` privacy and enjoyment of their property.
4. No radio receiver, musical instrument, phonograph, compact disk player, loudspeaker, karaoke machine, sound amplifier, or any machine, device, or equipment that produces or reproduces any sound shall be used outside or be audible from beyond the property boundaries of any short-term rental unit between the hours of 10 p.m. and 10 a.m.
5. Palm Desert has a $1000 fine for a first offense for a noise violation. You will be responsible for any fines that we receive from the community or the city.

The property was as described. very spacious, clean and close to the pool. Security to get into the community, felt very comfortable. nice small patio and bbq. Very quiet and lovely to stay here. Ben was quite responsive to any questions/concerns. I'd recommend.
I booked this place on October 30th 2024 for a stay of 7 days starting on January 14th 2025. Everything was going well until the host cancelled on us 24 hours before check-in time pretending some renovations of the unit would not be ready in time and had to cancel the reservation. I was stunted to ear that and only had 24 hours to find another place. This is very poor management. Thanks to Sol at VRBO who was very helpful to help us to find another at this last minute. Would not trust this host at all.
The condo was exactly as the pictures show. Very clean and well kept. In the evening I enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine and looking at the sunset. The kitchen was well stocked for those that like to cook. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. He does the golfing and I lay by the pool. We would definitely book again.
Centrally located among the Coachella Valley cities and just minutes from I-10, the Desert Falls Country Club / Resort is an ideal launching point for your desert explorations! The unit I am reviewing features a 2 bedroom / 2 bath approximate 1330 Square Foot one-level second story walk-up unit with a two-car garage (which was not available for our use during our stay.) The accommodation features an in-unit laundry, two private balconies, the aforementioned garage, and a desirable south view from the principal balcony - accessible from the living room and the master suite -- of the community pool - sauna area. (Note: the pool is a near-standard "short course" Olympic length, measuring approximately 25 yards.)
The unit exhibits signs of deferred maintenance -- minor and not-so-minor plumbing issues, electrical confusion, rickety cabinetry -- and that may put off some guests looking for a "lap of luxury" experience while staying in Desert Falls. The appliances are newer and presumably in good working order: the new electric range stopped working during our visit but the owner's warranty was expected to rectify the problem in early February. Interior décor is modest -- very nearly spartan -- but inoffensive. The bedding and linens were fresh and abundant; the kitchen was pretty well stocked with common staples. Our usual travelers' advice applies here: if meal preparation and cooking is your thing, bring your own sharp chef's knife. The new bar-b-que grill was excellent.
The owner's representative, Ben, was communicative and responsive and accommodated us satisfactorily for the problem we had with the range -- we appreciated his candor and understood his position in the affair vis-a-vis his owner / guest responsibilities.
