COTTAGE HAS OUTDOOR EATING AREA WITH BBQ FACILITIES THAT OVERLOOKS THE GARDENS AND HAYLOFT. FULLY SELF CONTAINED COUNTRY KITCHEN. Everything about thst beauriful peaceful cottage was more then perfect. The place is magic where miracles happend, your problems fergotten, your family reunite, you feel your love ones are close to you in that beautiful magestic cottage garden where beauriful dhalias grow and birds sing. Cute English Cottage in beautiful area in Eagle Height

Had a fantastic stay to celebrate 70th birthday. Wonderful cottage with lovely cottage garden with views over green pastures. Everything provided in this cottage, large bedrooms, cozy lounge room with fireplace, well equipped kitchen & great exterior entertaining area. Jen was the perfect host, will certainly return.

This is a lovely English cottage with a beautiful garden. Beds are comfortable. Cottage has a good stock of necessities in kitchen and bathrooms and some little extras. Would strongly recommend. Just lovely.

Very handy to everything

Overall we were very happy with the accommodation. There were a few small things that could be improved. The front door handle had been installed upside down. There were 6 of us staying but there were only 4 diming chairs and 5 lounge chairs-simply not enough. The kitchen was short on a few basic gadgets which made some food preparation interesting. The location was perfect. Another set of keys would have been useful. The fireplace was also a little challenging with airflow. We could walk to many places that we were interested in visiting.

Fabulous experience, will definitely return!

Beautiful English home, lush gardens and top notch extras from Jen. Milk and wine in the fridge, home grown avocados, hand made soaps from local artist, even extra toilet paper! Beds were extremely comfortable and we were grateful for the electric heater as Tamborine does get cold (we were there 30th Sept). Quiet street and literally a five minute walk to Gallery walk and in opposite direction a bakery, chemist, bottle shop and best pizza ever at Gaslight. Thank you for an excellent holiday experience Jen!

Relaxing English cottage

What can I say about this beautiful cottage? My plan was to go to England for my 30th birthday, and for various reasons this couldn’t happen, so we thought why not Tamborine? And within my search this beautiful home popped up and we thought it was meant to be. Jenny is so thoughtful with everything in this beautiful cottage, even down to the soaps made in Tamborine in our rooms. Such a beautiful cosy stay, just made my birthday weekend so memorable! Thanks Jenny!

Fabulous location within walking distance to the shopping area, supermarket, chemist and restaurants

Jen and John were magnificent hosts. They were very responsive and nothing was too much trouble. The house is located in a lovely street, beautiful gardens with outdoor dinning area. We had a very short walk (200m) to the supermarket, bakery, chemist and bottle shop and 400m in the opposite direction we walked to the shopping area. The location on the mount was fabulous for a getaway. There was no need to drive down the mount all our needs were within walking distance.

Amazing house in Mt Tambourine

If you are looking for an amazing place to stay I highly recommend this place. From the gorgeous garden to the quaint cottage to the little extras the owners do to make you feel welcome you will not be disappointed. The location is also a massive bonus being in walking distance to gallery walk. We went for a ladies weekend and had 6 of us stay and it was perfect for us. The owners are fantastic with communication and so accommodating. You will not be disappointed staying here

charming

"english country cottage feel" we loved the cottage garden, the seating areas dotted through the garden, the lounge with the fireplace. Little fairy lights already turned on made us feel so welcome when we arrived. The little touches ie soaps, sanitisers, chocolate all added to the welcoming feel.

Excellent boutique accommodation & super host

Our group had the most amazing, relaxing stay at Jen’s house. From the spotless large accommodation, to the extra effort Jen went to make sure we knew our way around and visited the locals only sunset wine and cheese events, and the garden quite literally took our breath away. We will be back, thank you so much for a much needed relaxing weekend away.

I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, keeping fit and running the mountain.
Best decision we ever made was to raise our family in such a fabulous community.

Why they chose this property

This property caught my eye immediately. Having grown up with and an English Father and a mother from Northern Ireland, it made me think of them and all the stories I would be told of the English Countryside and the Green grass of Ireland.
It sealed the deal the minute I walked through the door.
