Recently updated beach house including renovated bathrooms, kitchen with new appliances throughout. This warm and inviting house is set across two levels, with a large partially covered deck providing unobstructed views over neighbouring farmland towards Flinders.
With 5 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms split over two levels and with two separate living areas, the house is perfectly suited to families. Split system air conditioning cools the house in warmer months and provides heating for winter, in addition to the wood fireplace. An outdoor shower with hot and cold water is located near the front access for rinsing after time at the beach. Direct access is afforded to the sunroom for storing surfboards, paddle boards and kayaks securely. Laundry includes both a front loading washing machine and dryer.
Located 5-10 mins drive from Shoreham Beach, Pt Leo Beach and with easy access to an amazing array of local cafes, restaurants and wineries. Shoreham foreshore reserve is a 15 mins walk.
Enjoy the lazing in the sun on the deck in warmer months or cosy up to the fireplace in winter.
