Modern Studio ideal for 2 people, it has a comfortable double bed, 2 armchairs and coffee table as an integrated living space. Smart TV, WIFI and air conditioning. Table with space for 4 people that can serve as a study, work or eating space! Front balcony. Excellent location. The grill is for the exclusive use of owners and long-term tenants. The terrace can be used freely.

For security purposes, our Guest Service team will be asking you to complete personal information for all guests (full name and ID number) after your booking is confirmed. This info will be checked upon check-in.

Aufenthalt gut.Aber leider viel zu laut!!!!Auto und Busse im Minutentakt.Müsste nächstesmal dringend ein Apartment weitee obe im Gebäude buchen!!
