This was our 4th summer in this property. We love the spaciousness and cleanliness of the condo, proximity to the pool and beach access, and the feeling of security inside this gated community. The owner replies to communications quickly and has been a wonderful host. We can't wait for our next visit!

Our stay at Indian Beach Summer Winds was great! Highly recommend this unit. You can see the ocean from the master bedroom, deck, and living room.The pool and the ocean are very close together, making it very easy to go back and forth. The condo is very nice with a fully functioning kitchen. North Carolina was new to us, but it will now be a good friend because the whole Emerald Isle area is beautiful. We will choose to stay here again! Highly recommend!

Great Place to Relax!

This place has everything you could want in a home away from home for a vacay. You can see and hear the ocean from so many rooms and the terrace. Bed was comfy, place was clean and comfortable. The owners were very attentive and wonderful to work with; we will definitely be going back!

Great stay overall.

Beautiful place and we had a wonderful time. Wish I had known about all the construction going on though. Very loud and if you plan to sleep in on your stay to relax, forget it! Condo is in a good location and spotless!

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We try our best to provide a great environment for guests, but sometimes external factors like construction are out of our control, but we are sorry if it made your stay less relaxing -The HOA management strives to keep the area maintained to ensure a clean, comfortable, and great environment and has been replacing the external stairs for all buildings for the past year. Unfortunately, the work near the property is sporadic and unpredictable, but we're sorry it impacted your stay and experience -We would have been more than happy to provide you with some sort of accommodation had you reached out to help make up for the inconveniences experienced We have had such positive reviews in the past. We work very hard to ensure all guests arrive at a 5-star experience at our vacation home and we're confident that we will continue to do so moving forward!

We had a wonderful week here! The condo was very clean and well stocked. It had everything we needed. The pool is huge and stays open till 11 … night swims were fantastic! The beach is steps away. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

The condo was perfect for us. Clean , stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels ( we forgot ours , so thank you!) and laid out perfectly for 4 adults. The pool was the big hit for us. Huge and clean. Every Condo had a nice view of the ocean. Definitely will be back

So many extras were provided. Since we were there during Tropical Storm Debbie having a stocked game closet was wonderful! Having beach towels available was also very nice. The complex arcade/snack bar was great to have for the long rainy periods!

Girls Trip

This was the perfect beach condo for a girls trip. It was so nice to have an elevator for my grandma. The view was also amazing. When she didn’t want to spend the whole day outside she was able to enjoy the covered deck or large front window and still have viewing access of us on the beach or at the pool. Everyone we met on the property was so friendly. And the condo was better than described. We are already planning our trip for next year.

Family Vacation

We were very pleased with our rental. We traveled with 28 family members and rented six different condos at Summer Winds. Our condo was very clean, modern and came with many amenities - games, linens and even beach towels! It was perfect for our family of six - two adults and four kids. Communication with property owner was excellent. I highly recommend this rental property!

Our Third Visit!

This was our family’s third visit to this property! The condo is very clean and nicely decorated. There were all new appliances on this visit. We love being conveniently located near the pool, hot tub, snack bar and beach access. The owners are very helpful, detail oriented and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised with a generous welcome basket full of vacation goodies. Another great beach week!

Indian Beach Resort

Super clean. Pretty well.stocked with everything ( except food of course). Has bed railing for kids. Great views, nice pool. Master bedroom definitely needs another lamp or 2 ! Really all the bedrooms need more lamps! Beds were nice and comfortable.
