We had a wonderful time at this property. It was in a convenient, quiet area, close to amenities, restaurants, and shopping. The frequent shuttle to the beach and pools was appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had an amazing experience! The owner contacted me before and after our stay. She wanted to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. Her villa is stunning. It is clean, freshly painted and beautifully decorated.Shanice was kind and helpful. We had a problem with the water heater on our first night. She was quick to respond and got everything repaired by the next morning.I would definitely rent this villa again!

It was our first time in Myrtle Beach and first time booking a spring break vacation. This house was so nice to stay in, the entire family loved it. We were comfortable, the check in was easy, and communication was great. Location in resort was perfect, and we would really like to stay here for our next trip!

Loved our stay here! Perfect for visiting the Cinzia Spa. It couldn’t be any closer to 21 Main steakhouse or spa! Walking distance to Barefoot Landing (though I wouldn’t recommend). Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home at north beach resort. It had everything we needed from board games to pots and pans and it is such a beautiful home by the beach.

Enjoyed our stay!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The villa was beautiful and cozy. Close to the beach, and everything else, but tucked in enough to not hear the hustle of the busy streets. The villa was clean and beautifully decorated. The only thing I would suggest is to have a better system with accessing entry into the villa. Thank you!

Great host.

Property was nice and comfortable. The best aspect was a caring owner who contacted us to assist with questions and who helped address very minor problems such as internet access. I have encountered problems with management companies in the past. Evolve was not great but the owner was terrific.

This villa was perfect. It is clean, comfortable and has all of the amenities you need for a great vacation. This property is located in a great spot in North Beach Plantation Resort. Walking distance to Barefoot Landing, a local winery and many shops and restaurants. Shuttle service is provided to the resort pool and beach. The shuttle is also available to Barefoot Landing if you don’t want to walk. We really had an enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again!!!!

We love North Beach Resort & Villas - the unit is perfect, comfortable convenient to barefoot landing and walkable to restaurants, coffee, shops, the winery and in-site spa, which is top notch… the only issue is our inability to understand multiple remote controls when navigating the tv (((this is anywhere we stay!)))

My family has stayed at this property twice. This villa is immaculate. It is located on a perfect corner lot in a gorgeous up scale private community. Having two floors, each with a bedroom and full bathroom makes it so comfortable for larger families. My husband and I stayed upstairs, allowing our three teenagers the privacy of the first floor. It is modern, clean, and has that beachy ambiance. The balcony is spacious enough to have outdoor meals with a beautiful scenery. It is an easy walk to the beach, or you can take advantage of the complimentary shuttle. Lastly, the owner is wonderful and kept in touch with me throughout my stay any time I had questions. We will undoubtedly stay here again.

First we were not given the key pad number until I called 3 times…..the first number did not work and they gave another number. The heat upstairs seemed to not want to work. No hot water in the kitchen. The shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom was torn at the top. Overall not as clean as should have been. The unit needs a overall good cleaning Including windows and curtains.

We followed up with our Cleaning and Maintenance team lead, who confirmed that she did receive one call from you and provided you with the access code and had assumed the remainder of your stay went without incident as she never heard back from you again throughout your stay. - We have not had these complaints before or since your stay, however, we take our guest feedback seriously and will have our maintenance crew check for any issues with the heating upstairs and the hot water supply for the kitchen and repair it if needed. - We are approaching the end of the season and already have a deep cleaning scheduled with our cleaning service, we will also have the shower curtain replaced and apologize for the oversight if this was missed prior to your stay. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay, we would have promptly responded and addressed the issues and concerns mentioned immediately so that you could enjoy our home. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Coastal Comforts

Our family recently had an unforgettable summer vacation at the Chic North Myrtle Beach Villa in North Beach Plantation. The serene coastal atmosphere and stunning decor of the villa captivated us from the moment we arrived! The villa exceeded our expectations with its spacious yet cozy design, modern amenities, and elegant furnishings. The open layout was perfect for family bonding, whether cooking in the gourmet kitchen or relaxing in the living area. Each bedroom provided a private retreat after a day at the beach. The villa's proximity to the beach was ideal. We spent hours sunbathing, building sandcastles, and swimming in the clear waters. Being a few blocks away from the ocean made our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. North Beach Plantation offered fantastic amenities, including a Caribbean-themed pool area with a lazy river and cabanas. The kids loved it. The staff were friendly and accommodating, enhancing our stay with their hospitality and helpful recommendations. In conclusion, our family had an incredible summer vacation at the Chic North Myrtle Beach Villa. It was luxurious, comfortable, and convenient, and we hope to return in the future. For a place to create lasting memories with loved ones, this beachfront retreat is perfect. Thank You Guys So Much!

Great location. We walked to Barefoot landing nearly every night. Nacho Hippo was literally out our back door. The beach was a long walk. I only did it once. We either dropped off people at pool area or used the shuttle. You have to call for it -they don’t just run - that took us a day to figure out. You can’t park at the pool or at least we couldn’t because our condo didn’t have a pass for our car. Layout of condo was a bit difficult for us to climb stairs to get to living room/kitchen area but we knew that before renting. Loved the kitchen, all living areas were nicely appointed as well. Can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t there. Pools were awesome. Adults only pool was a lot of fun thanks to the DJ and some “dancing papaws” as my daughter called them. Lol. We would stay again.

The North Beach Resort and Villas

The Resort is well maintained with beautiful landscaping. The homes and villas are very pretty. The decorations are true to its pictures. There were a few minor things noted, the stairwell rails inside should have been cleaned with soap and warm water, and there were a few cobwells over the light in the foyer and over the garage door. These areas need some attention. I would definitely stay again.
