This beautiful house is located 70 metres above sea level with panoramic views of Búzios. Ideal for families (pets are welcome) and for anyone seeking an oasis of peace and comfort. There's nothing like relaxing in a hammock or by the pool while admiring the sea and the sunset.

The house is located near the town centre and the main beaches. It is always rented in its entirety and is ideal for 8 people. It has different areas offering privacy for our guests; a bungalow (suite) with breathtaking views, the main house with two suites, a fully equipped American-style kitchen, and a spacious living room with sea views. In addition, there is a separate suite with a private tropical garden. The pool and barbecue area are our guests' favourite meeting points.

Located in one of the most exclusive residential areas, very quiet and safe on a hill (Alto de Búzios). The area has no through traffic. Quick access to the city centre and beaches (5-10 min by car). We recommend a car. Steep ascent/descent.
