The condo was accurately depicted from the website. Location was perfect for what we had planned. Check in process was easy. My only complaint was there wasn't really cleaning products. I like to make sure I clean up as I go. Would be helpful to have a small vacuum cleaner. Overall great condo.
Great place! Fantastic location in the heart of Asheville, with great views from the balcony. Amazing spot, hosts thought of all the details/amenities that made our stay great!
2 miles from everything we needed. Walking distance to breweries, patio was a great view and the property had secured garage parking. Great place to book!
Location is perfect to downtown Asheville. King beds, tvs in each bedroom and bathrooms for each couple is a must when we travel as coupled. New and nicely decorated. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
We loved our stay here. The apartment was clean and exactly as listed. Great having morning coffee and watching sunrise from the deck. Location is perfect - we walked to show at Rabbit Rabbit and just down the street from Orange Peel. Parking was a plus but we honestly didn't even need a car.
Everything was PERFECT! Exactly as pictured online. Location was the best. We were able to walk to restaurants, and shops.
We would DEFINITELY stay here again.
**** only problem was neighbors upstairs has a bird feeder and the seeds an bird droppings were a bit annoying ****
Definitely, not owners fault but wanted you to be aware.
We stayed here for a quick trip with our 3 kids. Condo was clean and comfortable! Outside patio was great. Location was in walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, breweries, etc! 10min drive from the Biltmore and Adventure Treetop which the kids loved. Property management company responded quickly to a plumbing issue we had and it was quickly resolved without a problem. Would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is in a great location, very easy walking to restaurants and shops! It was very clean which I very much appreciated. Also had a secure parking space which was very convenient. We’d definitely stay here again!
This is a beautiful condo…so clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds, plenty of towels. There is a large patio/balcony with gas grill, fire pit, and a gorgeous view! Location is perfect. It’s a safe, easy walk to shopping, restaurants, and breweries. Garage is well lit and secure. Quick and easy drive to the Biltmore Estate. Property management company is great…very fast response to questions/concerns. Will definitely stay here again!
This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. It is super clean and nice decor, has ceiling fans, ice and a coffee maker for ground coffee. It was so pleasant sitting out on the balcony after our hike yesterday. My husband fell asleep. We would definitely rent this place again. The property managers are on it.
We recently met friends in Asheville. This is a great condo with two main en-suites. Both have king beds. It is a great location downtown and very close to everything.
Brandon Towns and his team were always very responsive and helpful. I rate them and the condo 5 stars. I will use Brandon and try to stay in this condo the next time we are in Asheville.
We had an amazing stay! Loved the proximity to The Orange Peel (where we saw a concert) as well as several restaurants and breweries. We had everything we needed (as described by the welcome message) and loved the outdoor space with the fire! If there is the slightest “wish” for something in this unit, it would be for a more firm mattress in each bedroom. The current ones are much too soft for my personal preference. Outside of that, it was a 10/10 and we hope to return in the future!
The location at 145 Biltmore is perfect to walk to wonderful restaurants, the Art Museum, Galleries and Pack Square. The secure ( there is a garage that requires a code to open) parking is a plus. Don’t have to worry about finding street and metered parking. The property was spotless and we never had an issue to contact the property management. The view of the mountains and sitting outside on the patio was wonderful. There was a concert close by at the Orange Peel one night, but we never heard it. Perfect place.
The property is in a prime downtown location close to great restaurants, bars and entertainment. The unit itself was clean, with well thought out furniture placement. The views were spectacular. We had views of downtown, historical buildings and the mountains all from this location. Despite the property being downtime there was no street noise that could be heard from within. The property management provided ample starter supplies. All of our accesses worked as instructed. The only small drawback to this property is that it only has 1 assigned parkspot with a size limitation even though it states accomodation for 6, a family size vehicle would not fit. There was alternative parking recommended but it was a hike away and was very costly. The overall experience was incredible and the property was awesome for a a family holiday getaway. The only recommendation that we would offer would be to provide a resource book that contained property information, restaurant guides and available nearby attractions and entertainment. This is definitely a 5 star experience.
