This well appointed holiday house is a 100 metre walk to the pristine Black Point Beach. It has a magnificent spacious front deck where you can enjoy the view of the water and is great for entertaining.

This gorgeous beach house offers an open plan kitchen and living area with TV, as well as a main bedroom with TV and DVD player and ensuite. 3 other bedrooms consist of 3 Queen beds. Laundry facilities are also available and ample parking for visitors and boats.
Black Point is 110 minutes from Adelaide and is in close proximity to Ardrossan, Port Julia, Port Vincent and Stansbury.
Lounge /Kitchen : 3 seater and 2 seater lounge, dining table to fit 6 people, TV, Air-conditioner, fridge/freezer and mini drinks fridge, dishwasher, microwave and oven.
Bedroom 1 : Queen bed, side tables, TV and storage units with ensuite.
Bedroom 2 :Queen bed, bed side tables and storage.
Bedroom 3 : Queen bed, bed side table, storage

Very spacious in every way. Bedrooms had all the space needed. Outside deck was amazing as were the sunsets. Kitchen, lounge & dining area just like the photos. All the kitchen stuff were well supplied, bathrooms clean & well maintained. It really is only about 100 metres to one of the best beaches on the coast. Good parking we really really enjoyed our 3 night stay.

Our getaway

Once again, we were able to enjoy a quiet, relaxing few days in a beautiful, comfortable, well appointed home! the position is great! Next to a Nature Reserve, where the birds and critters kept us entertained. Great views of the sea with a long table on the balcony where we enjoyed dinner and cards each night. We will return!!! Relaxing Break with a Great View

Overall Good. Bedrooms are a decent size; loved the deck and outdoor setting - felt very relaxed. Kitchen is equipped with plenty of plates, cutlery and platters, but did lack 'glass' glasses. Perhaps a bit more attention to vacuuming chairs; cleaning kitchen surfaces. It is literally a short walk to the beach, great location and Jo's overview is spot on!
