The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and full-size washer and dryer, with central A/C for your comfort. The owner has provided four flat-screen TVs, a DVD player, and free WiFi to keep you entertained and connected. Ideally situated within walking distance to many local attractions, this condo is perfect for a relaxing and convenient beach getaway. The building features an outdoor pool and parking for one car, with limited additional parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. This is a non-smoking unit, pets are not allowed, and occupancy is limited to 10 guests. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.
