Very well appointed house that is close walking distance to the town center. The decor and the amenities were very good. Communication with the property contact was very good. House would easily sleep seven or eight people.The only recommendations we have are to put more opaque curtains in the master bedroom and to ask the cleaning staff to run bleach water through the jet tub in the hallway bathroom.

Such a nice comfy place! Roomy, very well stocked with necessities, really clean and nicely decorated. The only thing that was a disappointment was the yard/landscaping. The outdoor furniture was dirty, and the porch and patio could have used a good washing/sweeping. There was no grass or plantings or shade in the yard - just gravel, dirt and weeds. Would have been perfect were it not for that.

Everything was nice, well equipped, and updated appliances and bathrooms (very nice showers). My only suggestion: Blinds on the windows! - heat the home up prior to arrival. We arrived and were very uncomfortably cold for the first few hours. Let folks know how the heat works. - it is kind of weird to ask people to do a full clean of the house (i mean vacuum...really?), then have a normal cleaning fee tacked on. If you took care of those things, then it is a first rate place.

Wonderful stay in Downtown Salida

Our 5 day trip in salida was great. The property was what the photos and reviews indicated. Clean, prepared and no hassle. A 5-8 min walk to downtown shops and cafe was super convenient too. Would love to come visit again.
