Beachy décor throughout, open living, dining and kitchen with a seating loft offering extended space for family gatherings. Large covered front porch on both first and second levels with ocean views and a large back sundeck and spacious back yard. HVAC, fully equipped kitchen with D/W, and refrigerator with ice maker, Microwave, cable TV's, ceiling fans, spacious bedrooms, laundry with W/D, enclosed outside shower. No Smoking, No Pets. Loved it!

House was very clean and welcoming. It’s located in a great place. Nice place to relax and unwind. Loved having the beach in the front and the marsh in the back! We will be back soon!

Army veterans reunion

We loved the house! Great communication with rental company. Just a few thoughts. The place needs a grill. Check in is too late and check out is too early. I booked the property before realizing it didn’t include linens, towels, and many other items you need for a stress free vacation. Somewhat pricey if those items aren’t included my opinion. I had to buy linens and towels because most of our brothers flew in and didn’t pack those items or any of the other items the house didn’t include.

Great time!

This place was great. One block from the beach. Very clean and decorated so fun! Oak Island is quiet with just enough to do. We really enjoyed our stay and will come back!

Clean House Nice Location Terrible Management

First off, the description of the home was terrible, but it had a lot of pictures and it said premier partner so wasn’t too worried. Was advised of 3 pm check in, got there was advised technical time is 3-5 pm. I understand people are backed up now so wasn’t a big deal, what didn’t like is being told it shouldn’t be too long and staying there for 1 hour 20 minutes. They were making jokes to another renter that no way they would be there for an hour while I was at 53 minutes. Finally Got the keys, the home was Not ready to enter the cleaners were there. Get in and there was a beeping noise the water heater had an issue. Had no hot water for day and a half. They did get someone out quick to look at it and it was fixed as quick as they could I assume. House was clean, it was remodeled and nice, and it was in a nice location. I would be wary of coastal vacation rentals and not as trusting of premier partners. Clean, good location, price was good considering location but also not many amenities, and it was a nice house just run by a shoddy management company and MIA premier partner. Won’t be at the top of my list next year, but would be open to staying again if I could deal with a better management team.
