A truly wonderful escape to the beach….. open living, dining with a view and fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar for 2, WIFI, Cable TV, D/W, W/D, Master bedroom has en suite full bath and a access door to porch! Condo offers a walkway to the beach at the end of each beachfront building, picnic area w/charcoal grills, children's play area & swimming pool (seasonal). No Smoking, No Pets. Linens not included, please call or order online while booking your reservation. 3 night minimum rates available in Value - Resort Seasons. Check-In: 3-5PM, Check-Out: 10:00AM

The only good thing about this condo is the location—it’s right on the beach, close to the pier and a couple of restaurants. Beyond that, it was extremely disappointing. The place was not as advertised. The couches and bedspreads were disgusting, all air vents were covered in a black substance and the furniture, kitchen and bathrooms have clearly not been taken care of nor updated in a very, very long time. Kitchen cabinets were grimy, and you wouldn’t want to sit on the couches unless a clean sheet could be laid over them first. Pieces of the bathroom cabinet were missing and the door to the patio overlooking the ocean from the bedroom wouldn’t open. Nothing about this condo was comfortable. For the price we paid, this was a total rip-off; I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and upkeep. Unless the owners completely clean and update this place, I would not recommend it to anyone. (And when I reached out with pictures of the areas of concern, there was little to no response).

This property needs TLC ASAP. The leg of a bed is held together by masking tape. A towel rack comes out of the wall. In one shower, the door is about to fall in the tub. In the other, the "safety bar" comes off in your hands. The appliances we used worked, as did the heat and hot water. The Wifi did not, until I fiddled with a rat's nest of cords. Topping it off, there's a strong indication of a bedbug infestation in both bedrooms.

Remolding attempt

Easy to rent, great location, and clean. Please fix all the undone upgrades. (Bathroom Molding, bathroom towel holder, paint in bathroom, front door entry. New couch and recliner needed.) Overall we still enjoyed our stay, but for the rental price everything should be repaired/remolded and in working order.
