Excellent Bed in the Master Bedroom! Very nice, will stay again! The only issue was the construction going on at the property. We didn't know that the pool, indoor pool, hot-tub, etc was all going to be closed. Not a big deal, we still enjoyed our time!

This was the perfect spot for my family’s short stay in North Myrtle Beach. There’s a perfect view of the beach right off of the balcony not to mention the breeze was fabulous. Ms. Starnes was so kind and wonderful to work with. We had no issues with the property at all. It was a very comfortable stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

The view from the balcony could not have been any better! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed a family trip to North Myrtle, which included my husband and myself, along with our daughter, son-in-law and there two children. The condo is exactly like the pictures and description.. The communication was great and simple for checkin, awesome communication with host. Would highly recommend and obviously wed stay again..

Condo fit our needs

My family and I stayed back on October. We were a group of 5 and the condo was perfect for us. The location is great and the view was awesome! My only complaint was that one of the bedrooms was pretty small. Would definitely recommend but not for more than 5 people.

We had a girls’ trip and this condo was perfect. Directly on beach, very clean, two pools and a hot tub. I can’t wait to come back and stay again. A car was necessary for shopping and on major roads. The condos elevator broke for a day and was fixed before the evening. The condo was clean and nice and the parking was good.

Spring Break 2023

Very clean and quiet property in North Myrtle Beach! We were able to walk to some local shops (M.R Ducks was our favorite), non-chain restaurants within walking distance (Blueberry Grill is amazing) and lots of walks on the beach looking for shells! We had one minor hiccup with the wifi but we had great communication with the owners and the issue was resolved in a very short amount of time! We would definitely recommend and intend on coming back!

Beautiful condo and wonderful owner!

This was our 2nd time at Waterpointe 1, but the first time in condo 502. There had been an issue that the previous renter caused and the owner stayed in contact with us and was wonderful. The unit is beautifully decorated and clean. We will definitely be back. 5 Stars for sure!

Furniture was comfortable. View was great. Everything worked. Floors weren’t fully clean and had to brush some food and hair off the chairs. Cleaned the windows ourselves. Not a deal breaker but could have been cleaner.

Short Getaway

The view was amazing, and the livingroom furniture better than average. Very narrow condo. 3rd bedroom didn't have room to get on both sides of the bed, the tv was in the closet. Other bedrooms were nice with beds that had the ability to elevate the head. The only tv that worked was the livingroom. Someone had taken all the batteries out of the other tvs. We had no parking passes and had to call our contact who did help. However she never responded at all about the tvs or our request for a late checkout. 10 a.m. is a ridiculous checkout time. 4 pm was checkin. Every other place I have stayed has been 3pm checkin and 11 am checkout. Dishes in the cabinet had been put away dirty. House keeping should confirm things work, and are clean.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -We would like to apologize for some of the inconveniences you tolerated during your stay such as the absence of a parking pass. Our cleaners were responsible for checking that the parking passes were hung back on the doorknob. We have since changed cleaning services and requested that there be greater attention to detail when cleaning the unit. One of the reasons for our switch in service was the delay in communication; this should no longer be an issue going forward. -As for the size of the third bedroom, we believe that the size of the room is accurately depicted on our listing and that there shouldn't seem like there is extra room on the other side of the bed. We're glad to hear that you enjoyed the beds in the other rooms. -Our previous renters may have removed the extra batteries we keep onsite. We have replenished the battery supply since and we apologize for that inconvenience. -We know it may have been frustrating to not be able to speak to someone about your late checkout request, and we apologize that Evolve’s communication fell short. We are increasing our staffing to make sure that we can respond promptly to such requests moving forward. We encourage future guests to notify us if they wish to request such accommodations. Thank you for your insight, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again soon!

It is updated beautifully. I loved the big balcony. The location of the room on the property is on the perfect floor to enjoy the ocean front view. I want the bed! It had a remote to elevate the head of the bed, just perfect to watch the huge tv. Can you tell I enjoyed it very much!

Wonderful location and property!

We had a great time and really enjoyed the property location. It was perfect with the baby to enjoy the beach and easily go back to the room to nap and eat. The property was clean and easy to check in to. The chairs and umbrellas included at the beach were great as well! We also had dinner at one of the recommended locations nearby and it did not disappoint! We will definitely be back!
