Crystal Village 27A Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

At Crystal Village vacation condo 27A you’ll be surrounded with the lush tropical landscape bordering a sparkling pool on the outside and a relaxing, comfortable interior on the inside. Your vacation worries and daily stresses will be turned upside down transforming into smiles all around. Cool tile floors, open living area and kitchen greet you at the door and two well-appointed bedrooms await.

Crystal Village’s location in Miramar Beach puts you in the middle of all that Destin and South Walton have to offer. Catch a movie at the Destin Commons only a mile to the west or play some golf at one four courses that are less than five minutes away. Or do absolutely nothing at the beach just around the corner or the pool out your patio doors. At Crystal Village, Destin is your oyster!

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
No pets allowed
No open flame grilling allowed

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

Accuracy of online listing

When we got there, the furniture was different than the picture when we listed. The outside grounds were very well maintained, but our floor inside was very dirty. Bathrooms were clean beds were clean. Kitchen was clean. The floors felt like they were minimally swept, and when we cleaned them, it was very dirty.

Great location- doesn’t sleep 6 comfortably

The good- location is awesome! Quick walk to the beach. Kitchen was nice. Master king bed was comfortable and having 2 bathrooms was great. Showers were nice with plenty of towels and warm water. The washer and dryer made washing clothes convenient but were very loud. The management was easy to get ahold of and quick to respond. The not so good- the couches in the pictures are NOT the ones that are in the unit. What we had was not comfortable as a couch OR a bed. The listing should say sleeps 4 and maybe a small child. My 2 teenage sons were VERY UNCOMFORTABLE at night. The twin beds are also very low quality and made of plastic. There was a funny smell every time we walked in but we got used to it. The unit is not stocked well, not even shampoo and barely any dishes. It was fine because we didn’t cook much but good to know for planning purposes. Overall it was a good stay for our family, I just wish my kids could have gotten a better night’s sleep.

Great location for a beach get-a-way!

The property overall was well-landscaped and neat in appearance. The pools were good temperature for the season (late March) and were clean. Our unit was very comfortable and had all of the furnishing's we needed. We rented a golf cart and had easy access to the beach, supplies, restaurants, and shopping. The property was quiet at night and peaceful during the day with minimal traffic or noise. We did have one minor electrical issue but the property manager was quick to communicate and help us resolve it and wonderful with follow-up to make sure we had what we needed. We will actually prioritize Newman Dailey managed properties in the future!
