WE DO NOT RENT TO LARGE GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE!!! FAMILY GROUPS ARE VERY WELCOME!!!
Cosy, airy, single-story house in a very safe location next to the Military Police station.
Features 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning, a spacious living room and kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 home office desks, a kids’ play area, a pool, a barbecue, and parking for 3 cars.
Includes Wi-Fi and cable TV (Net); pets are welcome.
A 2-minute walk from Tombo Beach, the only Blue Flag beach in the state of São Paulo, near Guaiúba Beach with calm waters—ideal for children—and close to Asturias Beach, home to Guarujá’s best fish market.
A quiet and safe location, ideal for families and large groups.
Other notes:
Please take a shower before entering the pool to keep the pool water crystal clear.
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms.
When you leave, please turn off the air conditioners (the room cools down in less than 2 minutes after turning them on).
Do not flush toilet paper down the toilets.
