Very clean and comfortable place to stay, in a quiet neighborhood and easy access to all areas of Vancouver. the only caveat is that the bathroom is quite small, but the shower and other bathroom features were very good.

Great place to stay in Vancouver! Clean with easy check in and check out. Quiet street with little traffic noise. Multiple bedrooms makes it great for families traveling with kids.

We were a family of 4 adults. We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable.clean ,convenient location. The kitchen could benefit from a bigger variety of pot sizes, ovenproof cookware and a kettle. We couldn’t access the laundry facilities when we needed them and were not able to contact our host at that time !

The home was as advertised and suited our needs perfectly. Great location, easy to access and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The host was also very responsive. The noise from the unit above was noticeable especially early in the morning. It wasn’t excessive, just the nature of the construction of the home.The only constructive criticism I might have is a better cleaning in between stays. The shower was quite dirty. Our party decided to forgo showering.

Disappointed the laundry room was outside and only accessible between 8am and 4pm as we are seniors we were out mostly at theses times although we managed.

Parking on the street was always available. The beds were comfy and lots of pillows and duvet. Everything was super clean and up to date. A very nice place to stay overall. The owner was able to get us things we needed like more TP, dishwashing tabs when we asked via the email feature of this app. With dryer, hold the start button a bit longer than you would think to do and starts well. Washing machine detergent in laundry room which is accessible from the backyard (outside) of the building but not a problem at all. Would recommend this property.

Everything was great and met our short-term needs prior to boarding our Alaskan cruise. We only had one safety concern and a cleanliness concern that we shared with the host. Whether they addressed it will be revealed and obvious to all future guests.

When I arrived the apartment was dirty. There was old food in the fridge, the oven was dirty, the floor, surfaces, doors, bathroom were all dirty. I contacted the owner by phone, text, through the app. No response till the next day. So I cleaned the myself as my kids were arriving that evening . Next day, the owner offered me a refund of the cleaning fee - 192. That didn’t feel enough for the inconvenience, especially with the premium cost of the apartment. Don’t rent here.

Jeannette has a pattern of behaviour that doesn't belong on this platform. Her plan from the beginning was to get a refund, and she sent me 22 photos on day one in the attempt. I offered to send the cleaner back to address her "issues" and she refused. She wanted the cleaning fee refunded, and she demanded 15% off the stay on top of it. This is her retaliation for me standing my ground. Her other review is also one star. I'll leave that there.

Excellent location and beautiful property! Clean and trendy decor, fully equipped. Travelling with three teens, this space was perfect for us. Comfortable private bedrooms with a relaxing common space in the living room to relax. I wish we had stayed longer!
