Tranquility in the bush close to lakes and beaches

Luxurious accomodation only 5 minutes to Myall Lake and 15 minutes to the beautiful beaches of Seal Rocks and Blueys. This is a rural location that is very private, quiet and surround by trees and local wildlife. You will feel in touch with nature.
The house is beautiful with timber floors throughout, a modern kitchen situated in a large open plan lounge/dining space. There is an outdoor entertaining area with modern barbeque, table tennis table and plenty of space for parking.
This is the perfect modern weekend getaway.

All beds are supplied with mattress protectors and pillows. You will need to supply your own linen including sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases. If needed a local linen hire service can be found at...

Advertised as single beds. Actually king single so the single fitted sheet became the top sheet as they didn't fit the mattress. TV was a debacle. Driveway is dodgy. Other than those things it was lovely

I've added some notes to make the bed sizes clearer. The TV has been replaced. The driveway was at this time muddy due to the excessive rains recently - this is not normal.

Good stay overall..

We stayed with friends and had young kids. Plenty of space for the kids to run around inside and out. Overall it was a great place for us to relax and lounge around. The guest house doesn't have AC and the fans weren't working. It had a stale odour which required airing for quite some time. We had issues with the drains overflowing from the kitchen sick , toilets and even in the shower which wasn't very pleasant, however the owner promptly arranged it to be fixed quite quickly. The TV.... was very challenging to operate. Would have preferred linen to be provided as part of the package. It wasnt clear that we have to hire or bring our own.

Excellent holiday home

All my guests loved this home, the owner was very helpful with any issues or any questions we had, loved the ping pong table, the guest house didn't lock which made some of my guests worried or unsafe and we had issues with the hot water in the guest house. Overall a very lovely home to stay in and i would definitely book again, thanks Steve.

Awesome weekend away

Me and my mates had a great time at Steve's property. Would highly recommend it for anyone looking for some space, peace and quiet. Fantastic house & Guest house with plenty of room for families or groups of friends. House is surrounded by trees. Very easy booking and check in process and very quick email reply. The drive into forster was 30 mins or so but is a very beautiful drive past the lake and ocean which didn't bother us at all when we went into town for food, golf or bowling. Overall 10/10, id love to return

Why they chose this property

This is a rural retreat, whilst still be close to the coast. The lakes and nearby beaches are the thing which attracts most visitors to the area. We are also a short distance from wedding venues like the Green Catherdral (20 mins) and Great Lakes Paddocks (35 mins).
