This home is self-check-in. There is no lobby or in-person greeting.

As this is a self-catering home, guests are responsible for their own shopping during their stay. A complimentary starter supply of toiletries is provided for the first day only and will not be replenished.

Starter supplies include:
• 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
• 1 travel-size hand soap per bathroom
• 1 travel-size shampoo per bathroom

AAU Boys Volleyball Tournament

We flew down to go to the boys national volleyball tournament held in Orlando every year. The price was fair, the condo was clean and it was only a few minutes from the OCCC. We will stay there again!

Good place to stay

Owner is very quick to respond! Unit is clean and as described. Close to small pool but the big pool with bar, game room, hot tub and baby pool is a car ride away - too far of a walk and across a major street. Although it’s a gated community the gate was left open most of the time. All in all everything went well.

Perfect location & condo!!

This condo perfectly fit our needs. It is located 1 mile from OCCC and is totally walkable but also a quick easy drive. Publix and some yummy eateries are a stone’s throw away and made our stay so convenient. The property was clean, great space and perfectly decorated for guests (lovely but minimal). The blackout curtains in the bedroom were a nice surprise too. The kitchen was great and the washer and dryer were full size and very helpful. Loved the location of this property the most. The only negative I could even say is the kitchen could use a washcloth and hand towel for drying (we just used paper towels) and maybe a serving bowl or 2 (no place to put the watermelon we cut). We look forward to returning to this property next year.
