Red Box Retreat - Yackandandah

Situated privately on 10 acres just outside the charming and eclectic village of Yackandandah, Red Box Retreat is a stylish contemporary guesthouse catering for up to 6 guests.

Just moments from Yackandandah, or 20 minutes from Beechworth, the Retreat provides the perfect base from which to explore the best of Victoria's North East. Alternatively, stay and relax with a swim in the private pool, drink in the sunset views from the deck, or lounge in front of the wood fire.

Featuring a King, Queen and twin-single bedrooms, Red Box Retreat caters equally well for families, couples or groups of adults.  

​Inside there are 2 living spaces, a modern fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry, air conditioning and wood fireplace.  Outside the retreat boasts it's own private solar-heated swimming pool, expansive lawns and gardens, outdoor dining table, gas BBQ and undercover parking.

Red Box Retreat is located on our 10 acre property, which is also comprised of several paddocks, a few quite a few sheds as well as our main house.    Depending on when you stay, we may have sheep, cows and alpacas on the property, as well as chickens and perhaps if you're lucky the odd lamb or calf.  

​Our main house is far enough away from the retreat to ensure your privacy,  but close enough that we're always available should you need anything during your stay.
