Property is located right on Marsden Cove waterways and has access to its own boat ramp and pontoon*. Home is a large 4 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, luxuriously appointed with a 75" Smart TV, free unlimited Internet, fireplace, BBQ and outdoor furniture/beanbags, paddleboards and a kayak, you have plenty of options for activities or relaxation no matter the season.

Property faces Northwest out onto the canal with beautiful sunsets. An easy stroll to Marsden Cove Marina, Cafes, Store and Markets you are not far from all you need.

Opposite the home is a small safe beach perfect for the kids (access via walkway on Mariners Haven). There are plenty of toys, books and board games as well as Netflix, Disney and Neon accounts on the TV.

Beautiful house in great location!

Modern, spacious property in a great position, with private jetty on the canal. The house was very clean and well presented. All communication and arrangements were very easy. Would definitely stay again.
